M3.AGENCY | Q1 2026

Welcome to the latest edition of The Voice. As we start a new chapter at M3, it feels like the perfect moment to reflect on who we are, what we stand for, and where we’re headed.
Over the past year, we’ve asked ourselves a simple question: are we living our values as clearly and consistently as we could? Taking a step back to look at everything – from leadership and culture to client work, community, and environmental impact – it has given us a sharper, clearer M3, one that’s even more aligned with the principles that drive us.
Strong governance protects what matters. Over the last year, we’ve made impact central to how we run the business, embedding social and environmental thinking into leadership discussions and ensuring decisions are measured not just by financial return, but by long-term value and cultural alignment. Transparency has improved, and growth is now always considered through the lens of our values.
Being “Real and Human” isn’t just a phrase – it’s how we work together. Last year, 12% of our team were promoted internally, flexible working remained standard, and every role was advertised internally first. We continued our commitment as a Living Wage Employer, strengthened inclusive hiring, and supported personal and career development. In the year ahead, we will build on this with new wellbeing initiatives and tailored development programmes.
Our responsibility extends beyond the office. This year, we’ve strengthened quality control, sharpened client feedback loops, and partnered with organisations creating real impact. Performance and purpose go hand in hand.
From local litter picks to international volunteering, planting 1,200 trees a year, and initiatives like the Preloved Exchange, we’re making our values visible in every corner of our business. These aren’t side projects – they’re the heart of who we are.
Looking ahead doesn’t mean reinventing ourselves – it means strengthening what makes M3 unique. What matters most is staying curious, honest, and committed to building a business that balances success with meaningful impact.

2026 is off to an exciting start for M3, and we’re thrilled to share our latest step forward with the launch of M3dia City – our new media planning and buying offering, created in partnership with Tanktop Media.
This joint venture brings together two highly complementary strengths: M3’s creative and performance-led approach, alongside Tanktop’s deep media expertise and buying know-how. The result is a more connected, more effective way to plan and deliver media – built to drive stronger outcomes for our clients.
By bringing planning and buying closer together, M3dia City enables smarter, more joined-up campaigns in which every channel works harder and every decision is grounded in insight.

Combining strategic media planning, intelligent buying, and performance thinking under one roof, M3dia City is designed to help clients navigate an increasingly complex media landscape with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact.
This launch marks a natural evolution for M3. As our clients’ challenges continue to grow and shift, so do we – investing in the partnerships, expertise, and capabilities that keep us moving forward.
M3dia City is now live, and this is just the beginning. Keep an eye out for more updates soon. BACK-TO-BACK:
M3 RETAINS GOOGLE PREMIER PARTNER STATUS FOR 2026
M3 has achieved Google Premier Partner status for 2026. After earning it for the first time in 2025, this back-to-back recognition keeps us in the top 3% of UK agencies. It’s a testament to the team’s dedication – keeping certifications up to date, managing higher client spend, and consistently following Google’s best practice standards.

Growth has been a big theme for M3 over the past few years – new clients, new sectors, new talent, and new locations. Now, we’re building on that momentum with a renewed focus on our Telford office.
Our Telford base is already home to our digital development and finance teams and maintains our historic roots in Shropshire, following our move from Albrighton in 2025. It’s always been an important part of M3’s story. But now, it’s evolving.
After six years at M3 as Client Services Director, Lennon Kelly is taking his passion for new business and B2B to Telford – and turning potential into progress.

Telford isn’t just a satellite office. It’s a strategic move. As one of the UK’s fastest-growing towns, Telford has long been home to ambitious manufacturers, engineers, and specialist service providers. It’s a town built on industry and innovation – the kind of environment where B2B businesses thrive.
For Lennon, that made the opportunity clear.
With deep experience across complex, multistakeholder accounts, he saw what Telford could become: a focused hub for B2B growth, right in the West Midlands’ industrial heartland.
A place where we can work closely with product-led, technically-driven businesses and help them sharpen their positioning, strengthen their pipeline, and scale with confidence.
The results speak for themselves.
In just a few short months, Lennon has already secured new partnerships with Addex Group, Cygnus Wireless Systems, JSM Group and Clearwater Hampers – four very different businesses, united by ambition and a need for clear, commercially-focused marketing and an agency that help decode the complex marketing landscape.
It’s a strong start, and a clear signal of intent.
The evolution of Telford is part of a wider growth story for M3. Over the past 18 months, we’ve expanded our footprint with new offices in Manchester, Cardiff and Dubai, alongside our partnership with 7Fifty in Bristol.
Each move has been deliberate. Not growth for growth’s sake, but growth that puts us closer to the right clients, in the right sectors, with the right expertise around them.
B2B and Telford fit that model perfectly.
Sustainable growth, a compelling point of view and demonstrating real results, by creating opportunity. Opportunity, for local businesses, for our team, and for the agency as a whole.
With Lennon leading the charge, Telford is becoming more than a legacy location. It’s a statement of intent: that M3 understands B2B, backs its people, and invests where it sees real potential.
The foundations were already there. Now, the ambition matches them.

Launching a new car into a competitive market is one thing. Launching a second model, building on early brand momentum while reaching a broader, more considered EV audience, is something else entirely.
That was the challenge with the arrival of the Starray EM-i from Geely. A bold step forward in their UK journey, the campaign needed to do more than announce a new vehicle – it had to reinforce confidence, communicate value, and position the brand as a serious player in an increasingly crowded EV space.
We started by developing a distinct key visual for the Starray EM-i that could be used through the line, from the TV ad down the funnel to the digital marketing. Basing our concept on the ‘space -themed’ name of the car we came up with the idea of a dad/daughter roadtrip to recapture childhood memories of stargazing. The striking image of the Starray against a starry night sky and the narrative set the scene for us to build the launch campaign around.
With the platform defined, the focus shifted to scale. We created a suite of launch assets designed to work seamlessly across multiple channels, from high-impact broadcast to highly targeted digital. The aim was simple: show up wherever prospective EV buyers are, with creative that feels considered, not repetitive.
TV played a central role in building early awareness. In the run-up to Christmas, our Creative Director, Justin, travelled to Australia to direct the photography and TV shoot – capturing the right environment to bring the Starray EM-i’s design and performance to life. The result was a set of 30 and 60-second spots that anchored the campaign across major broadcasters

and video-on-demand platforms, setting the tone for everything that followed. From there, shorter-form video and cutdowns carried key messages into more targeted environments, reinforcing themes like range, technology and value.
Out-of-home extended that impact into the real world, delivering national coverage that supported both brand awareness and local dealership activity. A standout moment saw the campaign take over Piccadilly Lights, placing the Starray EM-i in one of the UK’s most recognisable advertising spaces.
Alongside broad awareness, we built a strong lower-funnel approach to convert interest into action. Paid social and performance activity delivered tailored messaging, from launch storytelling through to offerled creative and VIP event promotion. Each format was adapted to suit its environment, ensuring relevance whether audiences were scrolling, searching or actively comparing options. Auto platforms and search placements captured high-intent users, helping to move them closer to booking a test drive.
Crucially, the campaign didn’t stop at national media. We developed a comprehensive dealer toolkit, equipping retailers with everything needed to bring the launch to life locally, from editable creative to showroom assets. It ensured a consistent experience from first impression through to dealership visit, where decisions are ultimately made.
What made this campaign work wasn’t just the scale of delivery, but how everything connected. From teaser content through to launch and sustained performance activity, every touchpoint played a role in moving the audience forward.
The takeaway is simple: in a category where trust matters as much as innovation, consistency is key. By combining a clear creative platform with joined-up delivery, we created a campaign that didn’t just launch a car, but that built confidence in the brand behind it.

“ “
LAUNCHING A CAR IS EASY. EARNING TRUST IS WHAT BUILDS A BRAND.

In a world of automated reports, live dashboards and instant updates, it’s never been easier for client–agency relationships to become purely transactional. A brief goes in, the work comes out, and everything happens through a screen.
Efficient? Absolutely.
But always effective? Not quite.
At M3, we believe the best work doesn’t come from a conveyor belt of tasks. It comes from genuine collaboration. We don’t see ourselves as a supplier delivering outputs – we see ourselves as a partner invested in outcomes. And partnership needs more than shared folders and well-timed emails.
When communication is reduced to messages and metrics, something gets lost. Ideas become flatter. Nuance disappears. And those light-bulb moments –sparked by a passing comment, a quick sketch on a whiteboard or a spontaneous “what if we tried this?” – become far less likely.
Real conversations unlock more. They create space to challenge constructively, to question assumptions and to explore the thinking behind the data. They help uncover the “why” behind the metrics, not just the “what”. And crucially, they build trust – the foundation for braver thinking and better work.
Some of our strongest strategies haven’t started in a formal report. They’ve come from a casual catch-up, a quick phone call or an off-agenda discussion that opened up a new direction. Those moments don’t happen on autopilot.
Strong partnerships don’t happen by accident. They happen by intention. Keeping the human element alive can be simple, but it requires effort on both sides.
Sometimes, it’s as straightforward as picking up the phone. A five-minute conversation can achieve more than a long email chain and gets to the heart of an issue faster.
Face-to-face time matters too. Whether it’s quarterly planning, a creative review or a coffee catch-up, being in the same room deepens understanding and alignment.
Sharing ideas early – not perfectly – also makes a difference. Concepts grow stronger when they’re discussed, shaped and challenged together, rather than presented only once they’re polished.
And then there are the side conversations. The moments around the agenda often spark the most valuable ideas. Making space for them isn’t a distraction – it’s an investment.
Above all, it’s about treating each other as one team. When everyone feels fully bought in, the work moves faster, the thinking gets braver and the results go further.
Keeping relationships human isn’t just “nice to have”. It’s commercially smart.
Closer collaboration leads to richer insight, clearer strategy and ideas that go beyond the expected. It helps brands adapt, grow and stay ahead in markets that move quickly. Marketing may be measured in data, but it’s powered by people – and creativity thrives when people feel connected.
At M3, we’re committed to keeping that connection strong. Because when we sit around a table, challenge each other properly and have the conversations that matter, the work is better for it.
Jonathan Jesson Growth Director

At M3, we love seeing our digital campaigns translate into real-world results, and this year our work with travel and leisure clients is showing just how much impact smart, performance-driven marketing can have. From island escapes to family attractions, it’s all about turning impressions into bookings, and momentum into measurable growth.

Our work with Visit Jersey demonstrates the power of data-led campaigns. So far, the team has delivered:
54 million impressions
385,000 partner referrals (over eight times last year’s figure)

344k media spend 48% less than last year’s campaign
Even with a longer campaign period, these numbers show that carefully optimised spend can dramatically outperform previous benchmarks. Key wins include doubling their original referral target, two hotels needing to pause offers due to popularity, and an early proof of concept for affiliate tracking. Forecasts indicate hotel occupancy will be up year-on-year for the next 12 months, showing the lasting impact of performancedriven campaigns.
Meanwhile, at Wookey Hole, a more complex business with multiple revenue streams, our approach has been equally performancefocused. After an initial period of foundationsetting, the results are clear:
Online revenue was up 35% YoY for July and August 2025
February 2026 marked their best month in five years
By blending paid media across Meta and Google Ads with SEO, we’ve helped them recover from a challenging year, setting up the business to carry that momentum into the busy summer season.

What ties these campaigns together is a shared focus on performance marketing as a driver of tangible results. Whether it’s maximising referral traffic, increasing bookings, or sustaining growth through seasonal peaks, M3’s approach is all about translating digital activity into real-world impact.
As we continue into 2026, the lesson is clear: in travel and leisure, success comes from combining strategy, data, and a relentless focus on performance. When campaigns are designed this way, both islands and theme parks benefit –and our clients see the results where it counts most.

Over the last 12 months, AI has moved from headline hype to a practical part of our daily workflow. Like every major technological shift before it, AI’s arrival sparked curiosity, excitement and a fair amount of concern across the creative industry. Early conversations often circled the same questions...
Would AI eventually replace creative roles altogether? Would machines start producing ideas faster and cheaper than traditional human teams?
Twelve months on, the reality is far more grounded, and far more positive.
At M3, we see AI for what it truly is… ‘a tool’. A powerful one yes, but it’s still just a tool. It does not, and never will, replace taste, instinct or experience. Instead, it supports them, helping us move faster, think broader and test creative routes more thoroughly before bringing them to life.
Creativity has never been defined by the tools we use, but by the thinking behind them. As technology evolves, the creative industry evolves with it. AI is simply the next step in that process.
In many ways, AI is being adopted in a similar way to Google search in the early days of the internet. It helps us gather information, explore references, sensecheck directions and speed up early-stage creative development. Tasks that once required hours of manual research or tedious production time can now be streamlined, freeing up more time to focus on what really matters: strong ideas and high-quality execution.
A big part of my role at M3 is developing concepts and bringing ideas to life, and for me personally, one of the most valuable applications of AI is rapid prototyping. We can produce early visual concepts, mock-ups and creative executions far more quickly, giving clients something tangible to react to at an earlier stage. That leads to better conversations, clearer alignment and greater confidence before moving into final production. It also helps us pressure-test ideas before committing significant time and budget to a final route.
AI also plays an important role in the foundations of a project. From accelerating topic research to refining visual assets through image retouching and video enhancement, it allows us to work with greater speed and precision from the outset. Rather than simply saving time, it helps create a more consistent and considered starting point for the creative process, while maintaining the high standards our clients’ expectations.
Of course, AI is not a one-size-fits-all solution. If a client specifically requests that AI is not used, for example on embargoed or highly sensitive projects, we fully respect that. Technology should always serve the brief, never dictate it.
“ “
Creativity has never been defined by the tools we use, but by the thinking behind them, and AI is simply the next step in that evolution.
Most importantly, AI still needs direction. It still needs creative people to ask the right questions, shape the outputs and decide whether something is truly good, relevant and effective. AI can generate possibilities, but it cannot replace gut instinct, emotional intelligence or the human ability to recognise when an idea genuinely connects.
That is where the real value of creativity lives. And always will.

At M3, our focus has always been on delivering ideas that connect, and creative that works. AI simply helps us explore further, test ideas faster and build even stronger creative solutions for our clients.
Because the future of creativity is not human versus AI.
It’s human creativity, amplified.

Darren Titler Art Director
The Manchester office is making waves with a mix of high-impact client work, exciting new wins, and strengthened connections across the region. Recent months have been defined by creativity, strategy, and tangible commercial results.
Our work with Cyrus Audio has moved from strategy into full-scale rollout. At the Bristol HiFi Show, we showcased elements of the new brand direction, helping Cyrus stand out and win the Golden PiG award. The brand is now being rolled out across multiple touchpoints. Read more about Cyrus Audio in our case study on the next page.
A full day of filming at the NHS Benchmarking Network, paired with virtual interviews, has provided rich content for an upcoming campaign. Working closely with the team and their customers, we captured authentic stories that will form the backbone of a launch in early April, focusing on credibility, human experience, and real-world impact.

We are thrilled to have been appointed by Euro Options, a northern IT distributor with ambitious growth plans. Our work will cover brand strategy, positioning, digital experience, and performance marketing to sharpen their market presence and support long-term growth. John Lester, Commercial Director at Euro Options, said: “M3 stood out for the strength of its strategic thinking and understanding of our ambitions.”
Rob Pollard, M3 Manchester Managing Partner, added: “This strategic project will have a significant, positive impact on their growth plans.”

Poms has returned to our client roster, partnering with M3 on a new TikTok activation strategy for their Ashbourne site. Filming will begin shortly, with social-first creative content designed to drive local footfall and engagement.
Our Strategy Director, Alex Copping, delivered a guest lecture at Bury College, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world marketing. A lively Q&A sparked further discussion online, highlighting the value of connecting with the next generation of talent.

We have partnered with Manchester PR agency Roland Dransfield to amplify our presence in the city. The collaboration has already driven press coverage, panel opportunities, and highquality introductions, helping open doors to new relationships and opportunities.

M3 Manchester hit a major milestone when British hi-fi pioneer Cyrus Audio appointed us to support the next phase of its brand evolution and marketing growth. Building on the momentum of the 80 Series and heading into a busy year, our partnership covers brand strategy, campaign development, and digital marketing – bringing consistency across channels while connecting with long-time audiophiles and a new generation discovering premium hi-fi.
The relationship started with a clear challenge: Cyrus needed standout marketing materials for the Bristol Hi-Fi Show – fast. With just one month to deliver, we focused on amplifying what already made the brand distinctive. Our sprint included a refreshed photoshoot, event assets, lightbox banners, a launch brochure, and a new launch video, bringing the brand to life in a more energetic, premium, and performance-led way.
The results were immediate. In a competitive field, Cyrus won the Golden PiG Award from HiFi Pig at the Bristol Hi-Fi Show – a standout moment for the 80 Series launch and a strong early marker of what our partnership could achieve.

“ “
Even though it was outside the main project M3 were working on, they stepped up and helped me create a room that exceeded all our expectations and put Cyrus front and centre at the show. What a start to the year.
- Chris Hutcheson Head of Marketing | Cyrus Audio

With that momentum in place, we’re moving into the bigger project: shaping Cyrus’ new brand. In a category often stuck in specs and technical claims, our job is to step back and lead with the bigger picture – what music is meant to do for you.
This thinking has shaped a clear positioning: Cyrus is the audio brand that puts connection at the centre of listening, pairing engineering discipline with a human way of talking about performance. Not technical for technical’s sake. Not emotional without substance. Clear, considered, and intentional – letting the product and experience do the talking.
Watch this space… there’s more to come.

“ “
M3 have already shown an exceptional understanding of who we are and where we’re going. Their creativity, clarity, and strategic thinking will add real value as we elevate our brand and accelerate our growth.
- Alex Emson Head of Sales | Cyrus Audio

As more and more people shift from traditional search engines to large language models (LLMs) and AI, the role SEO plays within a wider marketing strategy is changing. Some see this as a threat to their organic strategy, but the data we’re seeing points to a strong opportunity for our clients.
Traffic from LLMs has increased by over 300% in the past year, while traffic from ChatGPT alone has grown by 269%. Two other key players growing exponentially are Claude and Gemini, which have seen increases of 1,300% and 1,500% respectively. However, even combined, they still make up less than 24% of the traffic we’re seeing from ChatGPT alone.
Gemini, in particular, is one to keep an eye on. As Google continues to streamline pathways to AI mode and integrate it within Chrome browsers, we expect adoption to increase rapidly over the next year. It may even overtake ChatGPT at some point.
While a 300% increase may be the average, clients such as F1 Autocentres, Diamond Heaven and Wookey Hole – where AI has been a clear focus – are seeing increases of well over 1,000%. This highlights the value of taking a bespoke approach to LLM visibility.
For the most part, a strong organic strategy will continue to do much of the heavy lifting for AI visibility. LLMs still account for less than 1% of overall site traffic, and many of the key ranking factors for search engines still apply – particularly the importance of strong, well-written content from an authoritative source. So, there’s no need to tear apart your existing SEO plan, but it’s worth considering what it may have been missing. In many cases, that gap is originality – content built around real expertise rather than optimised summaries of existing results.
After years of optimising pages for search, results have become saturated with ‘samey’ articles, lots of content, but very little genuine perspective. As a result, LLMs have been left starving for one thing in particular: valuable insights.
If you, or someone within your business, has an opinion on a topic that offers real insight, use it. It’s your opportunity to stand out in a sea of consensus-driven content that has been trying to outdo itself on Google for the past 20 years.
The brands that will win in this space won’t necessarily be the ones producing the most content, but the ones producing the most useful, credible and distinctive content. That means focusing less on chasing rankings alone, and more on adding something genuinely new to the conversation.
“ “
After years of chasing rankings, the advantage now belongs to brands with something meaningful to say.

Brandon Wilkes Head of SEO
As one of the UK’s most respected restaurateurs, Adam Byatt is no stranger to innovation. With more than 40 years in hospitality and a celebrated culinary career that spans award-winning restaurants, TV appearances and mentoring the next generation of chefs, he’s always seeking fresh ways to bring people closer to the craft of cooking.
Recently, he’s turned his focus to building his own digital platform, a YouTube channel that invites viewers into his world beyond the pass. A place where cooking is personal. Where every dish has a story. And where audiences get something more meaningful than a polished studio set.
That’s where 7Fifty, part of the M3 Group, stepped in.
To understand how audiences might respond, 7Fifty worked with Adam to create a pilot vodcast, the chef cooking his guest’s favourite meal, while the two talk, laugh and dig into the memories behind the dish.
Filmed upstairs in one of his restaurants, it celebrates everything that defines Adam: raw talent, genuine hospitality and the ability to make people feel welcome. Real spaces, real conversation and real food.
The format works whether watched or listened to, and is a relaxed, inclusive experience that brings audiences into the kitchen.

The pilot struck a chord straight away, proving there’s real appetite for this kind of authentic content. The episode, featuring Adam’s “BEST Chicken and Roast Potatoes” recipe, has since gone viral, racking up 3 million views on YouTube and 2 million on Instagram.
Even Sarah Jessica Parker cooked the recipe herself, filmed the results and tagged Adam, the definition of organic, celebrity-level endorsement. Evidence that this isn’t just hype, but a concept with genuine pulling power.

With results like that, sponsors quickly realised the opportunity. A full six-episode series is now underway, each an hour-long serving of conversation, storytelling and food made with real emotion.
The long-form episodes are built for YouTube, while five shorter edits from each vodcast extend reach across YouTube and Instagram, giving audiences multiple ways to watch, share and engage.
This isn’t just a content series. It’s a brand-building moment. It spotlights Adam as he is behind the scenes, generous, grounded and fuelled by a lifelong love of cooking for others.
And 7Fifty are proud to be carving that path with him. Because when great storytelling meets a great chef, you get something worth savouring.

Oxford Plastics is a long-standing, valued client, and we’re proud of the journey we’ve been on together – from refreshing and redefining their brand, to building an industry-leading website, to maintaining a strong and collaborative partnership today.
Most recently, M3 has supported Oxford Plastics with a suite of creative collateral to showcase at events across Europe. At the Kiloutou Show in Lille, France, Oxford Plastics highlighted key products including the Bypass Ramp and the LowPro range, featuring the 15/10 and 15/05 road plates.
Alongside the event stands, M3 produced English and French proposition documents and product flyers, helping to engage attendees and bring the brand to life on the show floor. It’s always a thrill to see a brand out in the wild, making an impact in the real world and connecting with audiences firsthand.
Oxford Plastics Marketing Manager Lore Grohmann praised the work as “the best creative we have seen done for the brand” – glowing testament to the creativity and collaboration between M3 and Oxford Plastics.
The momentum continues, with artwork for upcoming shows in Spain and Germany now finalised.
Oxford Plastics is going global, and M3 is proud to support them every step of the way. The creative produced for the Kiloutou Show has set a new benchmark for the brand, demonstrating what’s possible when partnership and creativity come together.

“ “
We’re incredibly proud to partner with Oxford Plastics, supporting their journey with creative that not only brings their brand to life but also makes a meaningful impact on the global stage. Seeing our work come alive at international events is a true reflection of what strong collaboration and shared ambition can achieve.

At M3, our focus has always been on people and planet. It’s part of who we are. And one of the ways we bring that commitment to life is through our Community Days programme, which gives every member of the team three paid days each year to step outside the office and make a positive impact in the communities around us.
Whether it’s supporting local charities, volunteering with community projects or helping inspire the next generation of talent, these days are about giving our people the time and space to contribute to causes that matter to them. And across the past few months, the M3 team has certainly been putting those days to good use.
For us, community commitment isn’t a single initiative or campaign. It’s a mindset. One that encourages our people to get involved, give back and support the communities around them in ways that feel meaningful. Small actions creating a lasting impact.
Community spirit at the agency goes beyond volunteering. Growth Director Jonathan challenged himself to do 100 push-ups every day in January and not only completed it, but also raised over £500 for Cancer Research UK. A great effort for an incredible cause, showing the determination our team brings to supporting good causes.

At the end of last year, Claire took part in the Molineux Sleepout – and the elements really showed up.
With Storm Claudia bringing wind, rain and freezing temperatures, Claire joined volunteers from across the city to spend the night outdoors, raising awareness and vital funds for people experiencing homelessness and those forced to endure nights like that throughout the winter.
The event raised almost £50,000 for the Wolves Foundation and The Good Shepherd, helping both organisations continue their work supporting vulnerable people across the region.

Supporting the next generation is another area close to our hearts.
In February, Digital Marketing Director Andy and Paid Media Manager Edina spent time with Masters students on the University of Birmingham Marketing work experience programme, sharing insights into life in digital marketing and the realities of agency work.
The level of ambition in the room was seriously impressive. Many of the students were already applying their skills in industry, while others were building their own channels, platforms and personal brands from the ground up – exactly the kind of curiosity and drive the digital world thrives on.
We ran the placement programme last year with great success and are delighted to be supporting it again. Encouraging young talent and helping students bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world campaigns is something we’re passionate about, and we’re excited to see what this year’s cohort goes on to achieve.

Back in March, and just before World Book Day, Account Director Holly used one of her Community Days to volunteer with The Children’s Book Project at its Birmingham hub.
The charity works to tackle book poverty and ensure every child has the opportunity to own their own book, which is something many families simply can’t afford.
Across the day, Holly joined a small team of volunteers sorting through donated books and preparing them for distribution to local schools. In total, the team packed more than 2,500 books, helping 1,311 children each take home two books of their own to keep this term.
It was a small team effort with a big outcome, and a real reminder of how powerful access to books and storytelling can be for young people.
