We are delighted to present the Winter 2024 edition of our Islamic & Indian Art auction to take place live online on Wednesday 11 December with viewing at our Connaught Street gallery in London.
The early Islamic section of this December's auction is exemplified by a beautiful Kufic Qur’an page on vellum and a striking Fatimid rock-crystal necklace showing the extraordinary skill of rock crystal carving. The later Islamic section has a strong Ottoman presence with highlights including an Ottoman calligrapher’s chest, a fabulous velvet, a superb Iznik pottery tile and a fine Ottoman tombak ewer and basin.
