Power Dial

Activate the flow by pressing the control dial. Once on, turn the dial to adjust the temperature. LED lights surrounding the control dial will change colour to indicate the current temperature setting. When you’ve reached your desired temperature press the dial. This will switch to the default outlet, which is represented by a new colour and a corresponding icon on the OLED digital display panel.

Cool & Consistent Control

The TOGO Series Single Outlet ensures the control dial remains cool to the touch, even at higher temperatures, while consistently maintaining your desired temperature for a safe and comfortable showering experience.

Visual Temperature Indicators

Adjust the water temperature to your perfect setting by simply rotating the dial. The surrounding LED backlight provides a clear, immediate visual cue by changing colour according to the temperature.

Starting with a pre-set default of 38°C, you can adjust the temperature within a range from 12°C to 45°C. The LED lights transition from shades of blue for cooler temperatures to shades of red for warmer ones, offering an intuitive and visually engaging way to gauge the water’s warmth.

1 | WHAT IS A DIGITAL SHOWER?

A digital shower is a modern showering system that allows users to precisely control the temperature and flow of water through electronic interfaces, offering a more customised and consistent shower experience.

2 | HOW DOES A DIGITAL SHOWER WORK?

Digital showers work by taking water from both the hot and cold supplies, mixing them within a digital valve to your desired temperature, and then delivering the mixed water to the shower head. The controls communicate with the valve either wirelessly or via a cable.

3 | ARE DIGITAL SHOWERS SAFE?

Yes, most digital showers have built-in safety features. They can offer precise temperature control, often preventing sudden temperature spikes. Many models also have automatic shut-offs if the water temperature goes beyond a safe range.

4 | HOW ARE DIGITAL SHOWERS POWERED?

Digital showers can be powered by batteries, mains electricity, or a combination of both. Always ensure installations are done by qualified professionals and adhere to local building and electrical codes.

5 | CAN I HAVE A DIGITAL SHOWER WITH LOW WATER PRESSURE?

Many digital showers are designed to work with various water systems, however if you have a low pressure system, you have purchase a universal pump to boost water pressure.

6 | WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DIGITAL SHOWER AND A TRADITIONAL MIXER SHOWER?

While both mix hot and cold water to achieve the desired temperature, digital showers offer electronic control for a more precise and consistent temperature. Traditional mixers rely on manual adjustments.

7 | CAN I RETROFIT A DIGITAL SHOWER IN MY EXISTING BATHROOM?

Yes, digital showers can often be retrofitted into existing shower spaces, though installation complexity may vary based on your current plumbing setup.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

1. The Warranty applies to products purchased and installed within the United Kingdom.

2. All products must be installed by a qualified professional and evidence of this must be provided to support any claim.

3. A form of proof of purchase is required to support any claim.

4. The product must be available for Thirty Eight Degrees Limited to inspect, do not remove or destroy the product as we may request photographic evidence.

5. The product must have been installed, cleaned, and used in accordance with Thirty Eight Degrees Limited instructions. Additionally, the product should also be installed in-line with good plumbing practice (e.g flushing out pipework before installation).

6. Some products will change colour overtime due to oxidisation e.g, un-lacquered brass. Such claims will not be accepted for these products due to the nature of the materials.

7. Claims for products not performing due to insufficient water pressure will not be accepted. Thirty Eight Degrees Limited provides details of minimum pressure in the installation manual, and they can also be found online. Please check before installation.

8. If the product is faulty due to a manufacturing or materials failure we will at our discretion, repair or supply a replacement product or suitable part thereof free of charge.

9. If the product is no longer in manufacture and we cannot supply the identical product or suitable component part we will offer to replace with the nearest product from our current range.

10. Exclusions: Damage caused by lime-scale, mildew, chemicals or inappropriate cleaning and consequential damage.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

All Thirty Eight Degrees Limited digital products come with up to 5-year guarantee. We offer a standard 2 years guarantee and this includes 1 year parts and labour, and the remainder of the guarantee is parts only. Once the product has been registered, the product will be guaranteed for 5 years in total.

Within this period, Thirty Eight Degrees Limited will provide replacement products or parts needed to complete the repairs, provided the fault is manufacturing related and at the discretion of Thirty Eight Degrees Limited.
