Annual Report 2025

The 2025 Annual Report reflects a year of disciplined execution, intentional growth, and continued investment in the people, systems, and values that define LUZCO. Throughout the year, LUZCO focused on enhancing its internal foundation while delivering consistent, high-quality engineering and program delivery services to its clients.

LUZCO’s business approach is guided by its Three Uniques: Culture, Expertise, and Concierge Service. These uniques shape how clients experience working with us.

Our culture embraces differences to innovate with unreasonable hospitality, our expertise highlights our professionals and subject matter experts, and our concierge mindset keeps communication clear, responsive, and proactive. Together, these strengths create a seamless partnership model where clients feel supported, confident, and prioritized from project kickoff through closeout.

This report highlights how LUZCO’s Three Uniques come to life through its culture, leadership development, service delivery, and community engagement.

Letter from our CEO

As I reflect on 2025, I do so with a deep sense of pride and gratitude. This year was a powerful reminder of what is possible when you invest in people, trust your teams, and stay true to your values. Across LUZCO, I watched our Familia rise to challenges, deliver exceptional work, and support one another in ways that go far beyond job titles or project scopes.

In 2025, we didn’t just execute projects; we strengthened the foundation of our company. Our teams placed projects in service, expanded into new regions, grew key service lines, and delivered complex work with consistency and care. At the same time, we continued to invest heavily in safety, professional development, and innovation, ensuring that as we grow, we grow responsibly and intentionally.

One of the accomplishments I am most proud of is how deeply our culture showed up in the work. From leadership development and internal promotions, to cross-disciplinary collaboration and community impact, our people demonstrated what it truly means to live our values. LUZCO University became an essential part of that journey in 2025; not just as a training platform, but as a shared space for learning, leadership development, and connection. Seeing our teams engage, teach one another, and grow together reinforced my belief that when we develop our people, everything else follows.

As we look ahead, we are excited to continue expanding LUZCO-U with more technical training, leadership programming, and opportunities for knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Looking forward to 2026, I am energized by what lies ahead. This is a year of growth once again; growth on the map as we expand our geographic footprint, and growth within our Familia as we welcome new team members and continue developing future leaders. We are committed to digging even deeper into innovation, building smarter tools, refining our processes, and finding new ways to better serve our clients through conciergelevel partnership.

Our commitment to community will also continue to grow. After contributing more than $112,000 in donations in 2025, we have set an ambitious goal of $150,000 in charitable giving in 2026. Giving back is not an initiative at LUZCO; it is part of who we are, and I am excited to see how our impact continues to expand.

Thank you to our employees for your dedication and heart, to our clients for your trust, and to our partners who grow alongside us. Together, we are building something special; and the best is still ahead.

“True leadership is the ability to make a positive impact.”
- Lusnail Haberberger

CULTURE

People-First. Values-Driven. Community-Focused.

LUZCO’s culture sets us apart. We embrace our differences to think creatively, challenge conventional approaches, and deliver smarter solutions for our clients. That mindset is paired with an “unreasonable hospitality” approach, showing up responsive, prepared, and willing to go beyond what’s expected.

Philanthropy

Community impact is a defining part of LUZCO’s culture. In 2025, the company deepened its commitment to giving back through both financial contributions and hands-on employee engagement. These efforts reflect LUZCO’s belief that strong organizations have a responsibility to strengthen the communities in which they live and work.

Through LUZCOmmunity, employees across the organization contributed their time, energy, and expertise to causes aligned with education, health, equity, workforce development, and community well-being. Participation was driven by employee involvement and supported through structured Volunteer Time Off, enabling team members to make a meaningful impact beyond their day-today roles.

LUZCO’s philanthropic efforts extended across multiple regions, including St. Louis, MO and Rochester, NY, reinforcing the company’s commitment to community engagement wherever its people are located. Contributions included both financial support and active participation in fundraising events, mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and service-based outreach.

These efforts are made possible by the collective commitment of LUZCO employees, who consistently demonstrate that community involvement is not an obligation, but a shared value. By investing in organizations that support STEM education, health, inclusion, and opportunity, LUZCO continues to live its culture of Familia and Leadership, supporting others with the same care and intention shown within the organization.
