Welcome to the PowerFALL /Holiday Double Issue

Fall and Holiday season have always been my favorites. There’s just something magical about this time of year gearing up for the holidays, spending time with family, and anticipating the close of another year. And only in Las Vegas can we do all of this within a city with one-of-a-kind energy, shimmer, and momentum.

This issue introduces our special Fall/Holiday double issue format, highlighting the stories, spaces, and people who embody power and purpose in their own unique ways, having made an impact in Las Vegas during a remarkable 2025. Las Vegas is being reshaped by innovators across business, culture, hospitality, entertainment, and community, and every feature in this issue reflects that evolving landscape.

From new concepts redefining what entertainment in this city looks like, to the leaders transforming how we gather, celebrate, and create impact in this city, this season reminds us that true power is about vision, courage, kindness, and the work that moves us forward.

Lisa Vanderpump has never been one to think small From her early days as a London restaurateur to her reality TV reign in Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she has turned lifestyle and design into both empire and entertainment But her latest move signals something bigger than a new cocktail menu or celebrity cameo; it’s a deliberate step into the world of hospitality development Earlier this year, Lisa, along with Caesars Entertainment, announced they will reimagine The Cromwell, a boutique hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, as The Vanderpump Hotel, with doors expected to reopen under the new identity in early 2026 While the hotel will remain in operation during the transition, its entire reception area, a signature lounge, and all 188 guest rooms including 19 suites will be redesigned to match Vanderpump’s signature flair

Kai’s advice for those looking to make it in Las Vegas: “Don’t come to Las Vegas looking for the lights to validate you come ready to bring your own This city isn’t for the faint of heart, but if you meet it with discipline, vision, and self-belief, it will give you the stage to rise ”

Collectors of her art n find themselves unexpectedly moved, sometimes even ught to tears, by the way she takes the vision for their ately commissioned piece and brings it to life. Moments those are the real purpose behind Kai’s paintings. It’s what she wants to be known and remembered for. Her legacy, she hopes, will be one of resilience and transformation. “I want my name to be remembered not only for the paintings I created, but for the lives I touched through them for the people who felt seen, empowered, and alive again because of my work.”

Throughout all of Kai Lava’s work to impact the world through her art, her motivation remains constant and deeply personal. “My greatest motivation is my children. I want them to see through my life that they can become anything they believe in. That we can build the empires we dream of, and that we never give up on ourselves.”

Longtime cheer coach for the Vegas Golden Knights’ Vegas Vivas, and a former Radio City Rockette, Kim St Clair brings over 30 years of entertainment experience to the Entertainment Capital of the World Now, with the launch of St Clair Productions, Kim is taking her passion for entertainment, choreography, fashion, and design and turning it into gold. Her company is dedicated to producing innovative, unforgettable live experiences that blend artistry with the electric energy of Las Vegas

Her career began with nothing more than vision and drive, transforming into a legacy of performance, leadership, and now entrepreneurship

When the Vegas Golden Knights’ won the Stanley Cup Kim and her team were preparing for a game that would be broadcast nationally, and the pressure was unlike anything they had experienced When a few of the team members grew nervous, doubting if they could rise to the occasion Kim recalls pulling them aside and sharing her own story of starting in entertainment with nothing but a vision and a relentless drive, telling them, ‘Vegas thrives on boldness, and so do you ’ When it was time to start, Kim says, everything clicked “The energy was electric, the crowd roaring, and each cheerleader moved with such confidence Seeing their transformation in that moment showed me the power of leadership through inspiration and example It wasn’t just about choreography or performance; it was about building belief, resilience, and a culture of excellence.
