When we do have the opportunity to get away, we enjoy spending time together at our home on Lake LBJ. We try to spend as much time there as we can, whether it be a quick Saturday night stay or a full weekend. It is important to me that in the future, when my kids look back, these family weekends at the lake will shape their childhood and upbringing.

w h y re al estate? Real estate is in my family. While growing up in South Texas, my mom was in Farm and Ranch Real Estate and it was really fun watching her work. After I graduated from college and got into the construction business, she asked me one day, “Well, what about real estate?” From that initial conversation to where I am today has been an amazing ride.

w h o h as been your bi g g est i nf lu e n ce o n yo ur c are e r to thi s poi nt? My real estate career began in Cordillera Ranch. For 13 years, I sold homes and land. I learned the ins and outs of real estate and shaped the foundation for my business. I would have to say David Hill, the developer and owner of Cordillera, has had the greatest impact on my career.

t e l l u s w hat you love most abou t s a n a nto nio ? There are a lot of great things that San Antonio offers but what I love the most is the beauty of the Hill Country. With just a short drive, you can easily transition from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Antonio to rolling, scenic terrain, clear rivers, and abundant wildflowers and wildlife.
