Our Director of Quality Control conducts monthly site visits to verify that construction aligns with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
A detailed monthly quality report is provided to management, who visit the site the following week to verify that corrective actions have been completed.
A final deep dive of the entire home is conducted prior to movein.
