Our History

The journey began in 2003 when Dillard-Jones Builders was founded by Tom Dillard and Bryan Jones, driven by a leap of faith and a shared vision to build homes with authentic craftsmanship. Over time, the company evolved into a “All-Inclusive” solution, known for its award-winning luxury homes and commitment to lasting relationships.

Working alongside DOMA Architecture and Tribus Interior Design, Dillard-Jones Builders delivers a seamless, personalized process from concept to completion. DOMA shapes thoughtful, clientcentered designs, while Tribus curates interiors that reflect each client’s story.

Our Director of Quality Control conducts monthly site visits to verify that construction aligns with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.

A detailed monthly quality report is provided to management, who visit the site the following week to verify that corrective actions have been completed.

A final deep dive of the entire home is conducted prior to movein.

We then layer in furnishings, drapery, bedding, and décor—rediscovering what brings you comfort and what functions best—and translate it all into a tactile, cohesive vision of the complete space.

After the build is completed, our relationship continues with our lifetime commitment to service what we build. Our clients enjoy seemless completion of punch list and warranty work and typically allow our team to provide turn-key maintenance for ease of ownership.
