Every advisor works differently — and our group options are built with that in mind. For groups of 10 or more cabins, we offer two flexible contract options to make it easy to choose the path that aligns with your business and your clients’ travel goals.
90 Day Contract Standard Contract
Ideal for advisors who have a group in mind and a marketing strategy ready to go.
• Hold an allotment of cabins for 90 days with no upfront deposit.
• Book as you sell—deposits are only required when cabins are confirmed.
• After 90 days, any unsold cabins are released without penalty.
• Option to request additional cabins as demand grows (subject to availability).
• Final payment due 120 days prior to sailing.
Not Sure Which Option Is Right for You?
A great option for advisors who want longer selling time and added flexibility.
• Hold an allotment of cabins until 120 days
• before sailing.
• 10% non-refundable deposit required upfront, applied to cabins sold.
• Reduce your group size by up to 50% at 121 days prior to sailing with no penalty.
• Final payment due 120 days prior to sailing.

How to Reserve Group Space with Us
Here’s How It Works:
1. Request a Proposal: Submit a group request form via our Travel Advisor Portal or reach out to our team directly with your preferred sailing date, estimated group size, and any special considerations.
2. Review your Proposal: Once we receive your request, we’ll prepare a personalized group proposal outlining the sailing details, pricing, and contract options. Take some time to review and let us know when you’re ready to move forward.
3. Group Contract: After you’ve accepted the proposal, we’ll send a group contract for your review. Once signed and returned, your group space is officially secured. If you chose the standard contract, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of signing.
4. Connect with Your AMADEUS Specialist: After your contract is received, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated sales & reservations specialist. They’ll support you through the entire process — from booking to final payment and beyond. As your clients commit, you’ll simply send over their passport names and dates of birth to secure their staterooms.
5. Stay Connected: Our team will check in with you periodically to see how sales are progressing and offer support. If your needs change or interest shifts, we can help adjust your group space based on your contract terms.
