OUR STORY
After many years of teaching upper school math and being an Academic Dean, I decided to share my work. For the last twenty years, I have designed stationery notecards, gift cards, and invitations for family and friends. The past two years have been extremely difficult as my sisters and I have been caring for our ailing parents. During this time, I found designing and drawing as a means of managing stress and finding solace. With the pushing of my daughter, Sara, and my daughter in law, Erin, I decided to revive Lucy and Lou Designs. Then, with the passing of my Daddy, I have been even more committed to making this a success story - in his memory. The name Lucy and Lou is derived from the nicknames my Daddy had for me as a child, Lucy, and my daughter Sara's nickname, Betty Lou. I hope you find pleasure in the little things that make you smile.
