Pirton Grange's clinical care is provided by Registered Nurses and is aimed at supporting individuals with long term health and medical conditions which require clinical monitoring and support. To ensure the clinical needs of residents are met Pirton Grange provides two healthcare professionals during the day, and one during the night. In addition, we have a designated clinical management team who provide support and oversight of all aspects of care. Our clinical management team consists of two Clinical Managers ensuring 7 days per week clinical management support.

The needs of the people that we support are at the heart of everything that we do. We work hard to ensure that the care and support we provide meets every person’s needs, abilities, preferences, and lifestyle.

The clinical team works alongside the Registered Care Manager to ensure safe, personalised, and responsive care is provided to all residents living at Pirton Grange.
