T h e s e f o u r 7 t h g r a d e r s t h o u g h t t h a t this y e a r w o u l d be much harder than it actually is. They thought there was going to b e m o r e h o m e w o r k and h a r d e r things to learn. This year's favorite teachers are Mrs. Coleman and Mrs. Jantz. Timmy Thompson said, "Mrs. Coleman makes learning easy." Abby Grant's favorite teacher is Mrs. Jantz, "We do a lot o f cool stuff in h e r class." If you really knew step, you would know that it is making music with your hands and feet by stomping and clapping. Step club practices three days a week- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two hours after school. Second year step coach TreKuic' said he coaches because, "I t's something different, and kids are into music. Think of a beat from a song you like and make up some moves." Sixth graders Dream Heidmann and Elida Alaniz said they enjoy being with their friends ," ol ho sc er aft do to ng thi me so t's "I p. ste g rin du ,~.iE!f1f:~t:J said Markaus Schnepp-Copeland. Elida Alaniz also said, "I t's fun instead of being bored at home." "Step isn 't that difficult once you get used to it," said Dream Heidmann. Eighth grader Champagne Anderson agreed, "Its not hard, it' s ea y." Anderson said she likes being in step because she likes performing for people, and it' s fun. Markaus Schnepp-Copeland said, "Last year I was interested in it, and I liked it, so I did it again this year."

Girls' Basketball If you really knew girls basketball you'd know that their is an seventh and eighth grade team seventh ha fourteen players and the eighth has eight players Brea Bowman likes being on the team because it is fun an d competitive. two coaches fo r the eight grade is coach Clark and Coach Nicole an d fo r the eventh is Ron and Coach Cole.They practice every single day!!!! the two team ha d games on Saturday at 9:30AM! to 11:00AM!i think that is too early to to wake up in a Saturday :)! Even thought there are less of them the lady jaguars will still be the best middle school team an d we all hope that they will make the team next year at their high school team an d fo r the seventh grade team hopefully ,·ou play next ye ar fo r the next team of eight grader ! and maybe a fe w future seventh graders will join to know the responsibilities of being on a team and the same fo r the Flag Football fa ns , Volleyball, Science bowl, Boys Basketball and many more.
