LPC welcomes you to the “Preparation Course for Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)”. This 5-days intensive program is meticulously designed by LPC to provide a comprehensive knowledge of project management. Over five days, participants will embark on a learning journey, exploring the fundamentals, terminology and practice of effective project management as outlined in the PMI Guide to Associate in Project Management.
In these 5 days, the course unfolds the essential skills and knowledge required to excel as an associate project manager. We’ll start by building strong fundamentals, we lay a strong foundation, gradually progressing to more complex concepts and practical applications. With LPC you learn about project predictive and adaptive approaches in project management, as well as business analysis frameworks, all that through interactive sessions, case studies, and group activities.
