Overwhelmed? Emotionally exhausted? Or sensing you need changes to prevent this? May is Mental Health Awareness Month and God’s love and grace extend to our whole selves, so let’s talk about overcoming and preventing burnout. This workshop will take place today at 11:00am in Williams Hall and will be facilitated by Nancy Care. We’ll touch on topics like evaluating boundaries and priorities, practicing self-care, and creating healthy habits of mind and body.
Pet Rescue: A Family VBS
This summer’s family Vacation Bible School will take place June 22-25 from 6:30-8:00pm (optional dinner from 6:00-6:30). Our program is designed for kids in Prek-5th grade and their parents/caregivers. It’s a memorable week of fun and faith-building experiences for the whole family. Sacred Trails: May 5
Meet Pastor Ted on Tuesday at 8:00am at the Perkiomen Creek Trail Rahns Parking Area. We will read an excerpt from Psalms and then enjoy God’s creation by either walking or jogging on the trail for the day. The walk/jog is a distance of your choice from 2-3 miles.
