The Bats are back to begin the season against the Omaha Storm Chasers. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats early for the introduction of both teams. Gates open early at 5:30 p.m.
$1 beers are back for the first time since 2024! Starting when gates open through first pitch at 7:15, fans can purchase $1 12 ounce cans of Miller Lite or Coors Light at the Miller Time Taphouse and Home Run Hops stand in Left Center Field From first pitch at 7:15 p.m. through last call, the price will be $3. In addition, $6 margaritas will be available at all bars.

Be in your seats early for a special Opening Night first pitch with University of Louisville Head Football coach Jeff Brohm kicking off the 2026 season!
The first 2,500 fans to enter the ballpark will receive a 2026 Louisville Bats Magnet Schedule with information on each of the Bats’ 150 games this season.
The fan-favorite ZOOperstars!, the inflatable mascot entertainers, are returning to Louisville Slugger Field to provide laughs for everyone.
The All Things Fish food truck will be located atop the right field berm by the Penn Station Pavilion.

Kids Opening Day Today is all about the Kids! All kids 12 & under will be able to purchase a $5 ticket when accompanied by a fullpaying adult. Gates are open at Noon, with first pitch set for 1:05 p.m.

SUNDAY, MARCH 29 VS. OMAHA STORM CHASERS PREGAME AUTOGRAPH
Pregame Autograph Session Your favorite Bats players will be available to meet fans and sign autographs before the game from 11:45 a.m. –12:20 p.m! Fans can expect gates to open at 11:30 a.m. in preparation for the session.
Kids Club Day Kids Club members can enjoy free admission to Sunday’s game, and all kids 12 and under will receive a free kids meal (one per child) at the ballpark.
