DECLARATION THE FOYLE AREA (CONTROL OF FISHING) REGULATIONS 2010 SUSPENSION OF NETTING IN THE RIVER FOYLE, LOUGH FOYLE AND SEAWARD OF LOUGH FOYLE AND RESTRICTION TO ANGLING IN THE RIVER FINN ON CATCH AND RELEASE BASIS ONLY I, Sharon McMahon, Chief Executive Officer of Loughs Agency, Foyle Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission, hereby certify that The Commission is satisfied that the number of salmon which have migrated upstream of the River Finn Fish Counter during each of the previous five years has not exceeded 5,410, stipulated by the Foyle Area (Control of Fishing) Regulations 2010. NOW THEREFORE In pursuance of Article 3 of the Foyle Area (Control of Fishing) Regulations 2010 and Section 13(1) of the Foyle Fisheries Act 1952 and Section 13 (1) of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952.
