Ÿ Please contact me to rearrange your appointment if you, or anyone close, have returned from a trip to one of the infected countries, live with or have met someone infected with Covid 19, or have a cough, fever, breathing difficulties etc. Ÿ Are self isolating yourself or your family as a precaution or if you are unwell Ÿ We always work on keeping our premises extremely low risk. Ÿ Disinfecting door knobs etc. Ÿ And of course in the grooming studio. Ÿ After each dog; using our veterinary disinfectant on all grooming tables and Ÿ baths and equipment. Ÿ We will keep face to face contact with our customers as safely as possible (a Ÿ metre apart)! J...so will take and return you dog and take your instructions outside our front door. Ÿ Obviously if I become unwell myself I shall advise you immediately and cancel appointments. Ÿ Cancellation fees are obviously suspended but no show fees still apply- if you can’t make your appointment do send me a message and let me know.
