Many venues have restricted access times due to having multiple events during a day or weekend. Please contact your venue before making your booking to confirm access times.

If your venue requires a Premium Delivery or Pick Up service and you have paid for a standard service you will be required to upgrade your service. Additional costs must be paid in advance.

Backdrops and Neon Signs are fragile and must be delivered, installed and collected by Lombard. These items cannot be picked up or returned by customer. Neon Signs must be attached to a backdrop or similar supported frame supplied by Lombard or one that customer provides.
