The OCâs Kids Zone is open to children of OC annual membership families for playtime while parents work out, Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-noon and 4-8 p.m., and Friday/Saturday, 8 a.m.-noon. Organized youth athletics include volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, and basketball. Ozarks Regional YMCA operates six family centers. The Y is often the starting point for youth to become and stay active and develop healthy habits to carry throughout their lives.
