What are the symptoms of fibromyalgia?
Symptoms include chronic pain, fatigue, reduced exercise endurance, sleep problems, mood changes, headaches, irritable bowel symptoms, restless legs, painful menstrual periods, and cognitive difficulties (“fibro fog”). A definitive diagnosis is made based on symptoms, physical examination, and excluding other conditions.
