This month, I’m writing with a very full heart after an incredible ICES Dallas. There is something so energizing about being in a space filled with estheticians who are actively choosing growth, education, and connection. Dallas was a beautiful reminder of why this industry is so special and why in-person experiences continue to matter so deeply in our profession.
And of course, as soon as one show wraps, we are already looking ahead. Next on our list is ICES Long Beach, happening August 23 and 24, and if Dallas was any indication, we are in for another inspiring weekend of education, innovation, and community.
