It’s true that you can shift a person’s energy by creating and adapting the use of crystal grids for situational or personal advancements. I have over twenty years of experience with this profession as a master crystal healer, teacher, and channeler of Archangel Michael for psychic readings. How Crystals Work
Now is the time to connect to crystals. Crystals are your powerful friends that can enhance health, protection, happiness, and your moods and give you strength and support. Crystals are literally and figuratively your rock when you need that push to let go, release, or create newness in your life. This new crystal journey brings fun experiences. Don’t be intimidated. I will show you the ropes and you will be an expert before you know it. It’s time for you to know how crystals can work for you and your life shifts.
Crystals and Energy Crystals work through vibration. Think of them like vitamins and enhancers. Crystals are magical little beings of energy. Every day we feel different, and our routines change. Stagnation is boring, like the movie Groundhog Day. Yawn. However, when you work with crystals, every day is exciting! If you don’t feel good, crystals can help you shift your energy to feel better. If you feel uncertain, there’s a crystal that can make you focus. If you are looking for a harmonious relationship or to attract love, there is a fantastic crystal to hold. If you are living with resentments, you can release 3

them. If you need to manifest money, there’s a crystal for that. It sounds like a sales pitch, but I will prove it to you: No matter what goes on in your life, you can find a crystal for that. The science of crystals is understanding that everything is energy. You and I are made up of energy: positive, negative, and neutral frequencies. Our human bodies are also approximately 85 percent water, and frequencies travel five times faster through water; we are basically walking, living conductors. Crystals, rocks, and minerals hold and emit energy frequencies. Crystals can help humans. Their frequencies work with ours. You need to know how crystals harmonize with you and find ones that fit your needs.
Energetic Frequencies Each crystal has its own unique frequency. This means that when you hold a crystal, its frequency can adapt to your frequency and release, adjust, balance, or accelerate your energy, depending on the crystal’s makeup. For example, there are crystal points that are called generators. They are called generators because the geometric angles on the point cultivate more vibrational energy within its energy field. In turn, you can feel the optimization of that energy in your energy fields. The crystal alone has a certain frequency to adjust, advance, release, or balance you, but the shape can amplify its effects. Our day-to-day emotions can change our frequencies; therefore, we don’t always need the same remedy. This is why crystals are so accommodating. There are so many crystals and crystal combinations that can address our daily needs; we have the option to tailor the frequencies in our immediate vicinity to facilitate whatever challenges we face physically, emotionally, spatially. Frequencies that can help us nourish our energy and excel in our lives. Now,

with all that said, it’s time for you to feel, notice, and listen to your crystals. Your body always knows what you need, and you must accommodate it. Your physical body is surrounded by an electromagnetic field that extends approximately three to four feet from your physical body. If you reach both your arms out as far as you can, that’s how far your electromagnetic field reaches. The electromagnetic field is also known as your aura layers. Your aura, or your auric egg, around your physical body can pick up energy and hold it. It can also release energy. This is why many of us can feel when we are unbalanced, and a lot of times this disequilibrium is not only due to our own emotions, the way we process our thoughts, or physical ailments, but also to influences from our environment. Other people or situations that cause mental stress and anxiety can create blockages and screw up the delicate balance of our energy, often depleting us; likewise, positivity and happiness and exciting moments or experiences can accelerate our energy to help us reach our goals, but too much of a good thing can overstimulate us, and we’d benefit from a soothing tonic to return to balance. Crystals adjust their energy within the auric field that surrounds the body. Every crystal has its own measurable frequency; some crystals stimulate, some soothe. The goal of working with each crystal is to regain our energetic equilibrium—whatever frequency will best serve us in a given moment.
Crystal Energy Crystals can speak through energy. Think of their energy vibes as a voice. When you hold a crystal in your hand, you may physically feel its energy. Many can instantly connect with the crystal’s energy as soon as they hold it. They can feel that they love it and need it, or that it’s not the crystal for them. This reaction can be

very telling: You may or may not need that crystal to talk to you at this time. If you are not too keen on crystals or energy yet, this is something you can work on. It takes some practice to notice a crystal’s frequency. I love to use the word notice, because sometimes in life we are all just too busy to notice slight shifts in our mind, or our bodies, or our emotions. Begin noticing how crystals speak to you specifically, because everyone is different; not all crystals speak to people they aren’t ready to harmonize with.
