In Denver Metro, activity remained steady, with 8,261 properties sold in Q1 compared to 8,513 the year prior, reflecting a slight cooling while maintaining strong overall demand.

Momentum varied by region, with Northern Colorado leading total sales volume at 78.2% growth over 2025. South Metro also saw notable gains with a 30% increase in the highest sold price at $6,500,000. The quarter opened with increased inventory and consistent buyer engagement across the Front Range resulting in 12,795 properties sold while creating a more dynamic and intentional landscape for today’s market participants.
