Ordering Media If you have already quick launched the listing
•
From the “Listing Dashboard” order photography/media by selecting the “Order Media” button at the top.
•
This will take you to a photography request form, where you can enter a second email for a copy of the conformation message to be sent, if applicable.
•
Hit “I agree” underneath the photo shoot agreement and then hit “submit request”
•
You will receive a confirmation email with a code included. Be sure to forward this confirmation to the photographer who performs the shoot, in order to receive the billing credit.

This will take you to a secondary page that has all of our Front Range Photographers names and contract information. Contact the photographer directly using one of the links underneath their name to schedule your photography session, as well as any add ons
Changes/Cancellations •
If you need to make any changes to or cancel your scheduled photography session, reach out to the photographer that you scheduled with directly.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee

Receiving your photos •
Following your photography shoot, you can expect to get photos back within 2 business days
•
The photos will be available in your LIVSuite account as well as within the Media Site
•
Once your photos are received you will see two invoices generated in your account

Invoices •
An invoice, paid by LIV showing what was covered at that list price based on our Listing Material Packages.
•
An Open Invoice, to be paid by the broker, for any additional media add ons ordered for that listing.
