GOD’S KINDOM ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN
Missional Impact Partnerships are collaborations between the people of Living Water and organizations around the world that advance the Kingdom of God within their unique context. Globally, we partner with people, churches, or organizations that are indigenous and have a sustainable mission. Our highest priority is seeing people encounter Jesus and the Kingdom of God advancing in word and deed. Here in Thurston County, we partner with organizations that meet the holistic needs of people in the name of Jesus.
Living Water embraces Missional Partnerships because they support ministries that are contextualized to reach people in intentional ways. Rather than creating organizations to meet needs, we form partnerships with those who are already engaged in “being the hands of Jesus”. Through partnership, we can take advantage of the wisdom and knowledge of people who live close to the people they minister to.
When we partner with others, more people are impacted around the world, and in our neighborhoods, in the name of Jesus. Refugees in Europe find new homes and opportunities, young moms find support, children receive medical care and people come to know Jesus because of Missional Impact Partners like you!

Beyond our families, local church, city, and country, we’re actively seeking out ways to support what God is doing around the world. This call to view the world with empathy, responsibility, and commitment to service, creates a beautiful connection to the global church and provides each missional partner the privilege of making an impact that would have been impossible alone.
Pastors Tim and Dhana Wimberly, who served faithfully at Living Water for 20 years, have partnered with Foursquare Missions International (FMI) to fulfill their calling to bring life, love, and care to the nations. Currently based in Romania, they are involved in various activities, including training volunteer leaders, organizing camp experiences for children, and building homes for orphans with Homes of Hope International. Additionally, they provide ongoing education, self-care, and personal coaching for FMI workers. For more information, visit their website at www.tothenations.life.
The Carvers, sent out by Living Water to partner with Foursquare Missions International (FMI), have a history of community development work and church planter training in Vietnam. After joining Living Water in 2005, they served on the worship team and Missions Council. In 2010, they began work in Shenyang, China, learning Mandarin and training church planters. They have also made several trips to Pyongyang, North Korea under the invitation of the Ministry of Health to train doctors in the management of children with disabilities. In April 2022, they resided in Taebaek, South Korea, where they studied Korean and mobilized workers for North Korea. Though they have recently relocated, they continue to minister effectively around the world.
FCOP International is committed to help establish healthy local churches in communities throughout Cambodia. These churches help bring spiritual revival, social redemption and economic restoration. FCOP cares for widows, orphans and separated children, creates sustainable micro enterprise programs and promotes healthy family values all over Cambodia. In 2011, Jon and Becca Hallstead founded Healthbridge Global to work at the intersection of healthcare needs and gospel gaps around the globe, connecting the beauty of healthcare to the hope of the Gospel.
Healthcare is often viewed as a system, but it’s more personal than that. Healthcare is one human being caring for another. When delivered in the character of Christ, it becomes an effective bridge to bring the Gospel into closed nations, closed cultures, and closed hearts.
Bringing health and wholeness to people’s physical bodies was central to Christ’s ministry. In the four Gospels, 34 distinct miracles are recorded, and 26 of these are what we call “healthcare miracles,” where Jesus relieved pain, suffering, disease, and even death.
We follow Christ’s example by partnering with Him to extend grace, compassion, and dignity in meeting the healthcare needs of people around the world. This is why our vision is to establish 20 gospelcentered healthcare clinics in 10 countries in the next 10 years. We currently have 5 projects in 3 nations, and are preparing to embark on 5 more later this year:

Foursquare Disaster Relief is a nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering essential supplies and compassionate volunteers to partner churches in disaster-affected communities around the world. In an increasingly chaotic world, it serves as an agent of peace, hope, and restoration. Guided by Scripture’s call to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and care for “the least of these,” Foursquare Disaster Relief brings the whole gospel to the whole world by meeting both physical and spiritual needs. Behind every headline and statistic are real people facing real loss. Each time we send supplies or deploy volunteer teams, our mission is first and foremost to be a light in someone’s darkest moment— offering compassion, dignity, and hope when it is needed most.
Foursquare Disaster Relief fulfills this mission through three core areas of focus:
• MEETING IMMEDIATE NEEDS: When disaster strikes, FDR quickly mobilizes trained volunteers to organize supplies and establish aid distribution centers, ensuring critical resources reach survivors without delay.
• PROVIDING SPIRITUAL CARE: FDR equips local pastors and ministry leaders with crisis-response training, empowering them to share the peace, comfort, and hope of Christ even in the midst of devastation.
• ESTABLISHING LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS: In prolonged humanitarian crises, FDR remains committed to walking alongside affected communities, providing ongoing support and sustainable relief services that help survivors rebuild their lives.

City Gates provides the hope of the gospel of Jesus and tangible care to those who are struggling with overwhelming poverty and hardship in the South Sound. City Gates Ministries educates and provides for the practical needs of people through life skill coaching, food, clothing, job referrals, and housing assistance.

Union Gospel Mission strives to meet the practical needs of those who are homeless, poverty-stricken, trapped in substance abuse, broken-hearted, and suffering from physical or emotional distress, all while sharing the love of Jesus Christ.

Through compassionate care and education, Options Pregnancy Center is dedicated to supporting individuals facing unplanned pregnancies. They empower individuals to make informed decisions about their pregnancies. Options Pregnancy Center offers a range of services, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, counseling, and resources for parenting and adoption. Their goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their options and receive support.

C2C is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of foster, adoptive and kinship families so that they can care for kids longer. C2C builds community for these families through family dinners, small group meet ups, events and online support. They also provide the community with opportunities to care for the foster care system in Washington State through care boxes that provide the essential items children need when they are removed from a home. Their goal and mission is to serve these families as they walk through different difficulties they face.

Since 1992 we’ve partnered with pastors and leaders in Mexico City to encourage local churches. Following a trip repairing a home for assisted living in Valle de Trinidad, the vision for the Mexico Pastors Family Camp started to form. Over the decades, through relationships with Pastors Juan and Chela Muzquiz, this partnership has sent countless teams to serve the pastors of Mexico. The Pastors Family Camp offers pastors and their families much-needed rest, spiritual rejuvenation, and encouragement through activities and dedicated study of the Word. From this retreat, sprung a vision and desire to plant a church in Mexico City; the pastors in Mexico began to take ownership of the vision for their people. Pastor Daniel and Rosy Torres responded to this vision, and a dream in their hearts. They planted and continue to nurture a church in Mexico City with plans for additional churches in the region.
LACEY CAMPUS ABINAS
Jordan and Vanessa Abina are missionaries to Grenoble, France, and pastor “Le Refuge Church” with their children, June, Jadwin, and Joss. An initiative of Le Refuge Church is their non-profit café, Pilgrim Coffee House, located in the city center, where people from all over the world share community, stories, and coffee. The coffee shop also hosts 24/7 Prayer France, an international interfaith movement to revive the church through uninterrupted prayer day and night. The Abinas are seeing a move of God like never before in their city and continue to reach the next generation with the Gospel message and inspire a greater hunger and pursuit for God’s presence through prayer.
YELM CAMPUS
Hope Restored Christian Ministries located in Nakaseeta, Uganda, focuses on providing proper nutrition to help children in the area thrive. With its Nutrition Program, Child Sponsorship Program, Clean Water Project, and Medical Clinic, Nakaseeta Foundation Primary Christian School provides access to necessities like school fees, clothing, shoes, medical care, and filtered drinking water. Their medical services also extend to the village families, and they offer training to clinic operators for self-sufficiency.
Uriah and Naomi serve in Cambodia with their two daughters Abiyah and Acacia. They oversee two missional training bases that equip pastors and leaders in the Bible through a university-accredited program as well as serving the community through providing quality primary education to over 600 children across eight schools. Living Water has partnered serving directly in these schools—teaching Bible lessons, leading youth programs, and investing in the lives of Cambodian children and staff. LW mission teams have brought fresh ideas, encouragement, and a spirit of empowerment that has strengthened the local leaders and helped them grow in confidence and faith.
Rise Together, based in Targu Mures, Romania, is dedicated to empowering vulnerable children to become strong followers of Christ, heal from trauma, and positively impact society as adults.
Rise Together formerly operated in unreliable environments such as state institutions and volunteer homes. In 2024 we came alongside them to build a facility that will allow them to increase the number of children cared for, share the gospel freely, offer transitional living support for young adults, create a healing environment, enhance training for staff and volunteers, expand their team, and establish a replicable model for other cities.
Currently caring for 35 children weekly, Rise Together focuses on those in state institutions and those transitioning to independent life. They conduct therapeutic summer camps, offer year-round training for staff and volunteers, and collaborate with various organizations for advocacy and support. With a Christ-centered approach, the organization plays a crucial role in bridging the gap for aged-out orphans, providing healing, and guiding them towards independent and fulfilling lives.
