Cattlemen and Women,
Thank you to our past customers and welcome to our new potential partners and friends. Thank you for your interest in our program and our 2026 offering. I have never been to a bull sale where they start off by saying that this set of bulls doesn’t quite match up to last year’s group. Which is exactly how it should be year after year.
Whether seedstock or commercial cattle, improving genetics is a driving force. We do believe this is our strongest set of bulls and that we have made decisions and purchases that are improving our program leaps and bounds.
This year we will be offering our first set of embryo calves, all sired by TAC Drifter H10. We chose five cows from our herd to flush that we feel do almost everything right from great feet and udders to good fleshing ability and dispositions. It’s fun to look at these bulls and see the progressiveness, which in turn makes us excited for the crop that has hit the ground this year. Hopefully we aren’t looking too far ahead to 2027 and 2028 without appreciating this past year’s work. Even though that’s the very thing we just mentioned in being progressive.
2025 was a great year for the cattle industry with record high prices and strong demand for quality Red Angus cattle. We were very fortunate to have some spring, summer, and fall moisture which in turn helped us wean our heaviest set of calves to date. These guys did extremely well out on grass and mamma’s milk and just continued to grow as they transitioned to the feedlot.
We stand strongly behind these bulls and what they can bring to a program. Quality genetics are the biggest investment you can make for your program’s future. Thank you again for your interest and we look forward to visiting with you all.

Terms and Conditions
Terms of the sale are cash only unless other arrangements have been made.
Viewing
Bulls and heifers will be penned at the MCAE by 11:00 a.m. on sale day. Prior viewing available at the ranch. Contact Blake, 701-770-4105.
Feeding
Bulls will be kept and fed free of charge until May 1.
Semen Interest
MRRA is reserving 1/3 semen interest on all bulls.
Bidding
If unable to attend the sale, bidding arrangements can be made with a buyer representative or with Blake. All bids will be handled with strict confidence. Call in advance to make arrangements. DVAuction will be available for online bidding. Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer.
Sale Day discount
Each in person purchase on sale day will receive $100 off per bull.
Delivery
Free delivery on bulls to surrounding states (ND, MT, SD, MN). Heifers are to be picked up from MCAE on or before April 2nd unless arrangements have been made with Blake prior to the sale.
Guarantee
All bulls are guaranteed breeders. A breeding soundness exam will be conducted prior to delivery. If a bull is proven unable to breed from the exam, buyer will be given a full refund of purchase price or credit on next year’s sale. Heifers are preg checked open and breedable.

• We are so excited to start off our 2026 sale with this dude! 5866 is a powerful meat wagon who really puts everything together. We truly believe he could go into any seedstock or commercial program and have a huge impact. Huge growth numbers backed by some extremely good maternal traits. This fella has extremely good foot and leg structure, nice rib shape, a big middle and is as dark as you can make them in the Red Angus breed. 5866’s dam is an awesome cow that we have been flushing because of her great foot structure and nice udder. Her 6 natural calves have had an average weaning weight ratio of 114. This is the best calf we have ever raised, and I think he speaks volumes about where we are headed and the type of cattle we are aiming for. His dam is also the dam to lots 7 and 21.

• We can’t say enough about this guy and what he brings to the table. 5021 is a standout as well. You could pair him with lot 1 and watch your feeder calves perform like never before. • This Thor SX son is just how we wanted to finish off the starting trio to our sale. 5066 is a natural calf from another cow that we have been flushing. He is a big, powerful, well-designed bull that competes extremely well with our first 2 lots. Excellent ProS and HB EPDs as well as a nice set of growth traits. • This lead off TAC Drifter H10 son is herd bull material! I wouldn’t bat an eye at his 109 lb. birthweight as these embryo calves came out of some big gals and their BW and CED are not extremely high. 5005 has extremely nice feet and is as long as they come. His dam is a really nice cow we purchased at the ND Red Sect sale in 2020. She is also the dam to lots 8 and 17. We offered a full sister in that same sale this past December who sold to Truman Red Angus for $11,500. Drifter daughters have been in high demand across the country and this guy will create them as well.

30 COMMERCIAL OPEN HEIFERS
Once again, we are offering a group of open heifers right off the top of our replacement pen. We will have 30 head available with the winning bid taking 5 or more. These girls come from cows that calve out on the range where they lay down, have their calf, and get right to mothering. We have culled our cow herd hard for years to make sure we have quality feet, udders, and dispositions. This is a great set of heifers who will turn into hassle free, moderate framed, working cows. We sorted this group up on March 7th where they averaged 849 lbs. They have had their first round of Express 3 FP VL5 breeding vaccine, bangs vaccinated, received Noromectin injectable, poured with Clean Up II, and are guaranteed open and breedable.
We ask any local purchase of the heifers to be picked up from the Ag Expo on sale day or the day after unless other arrangements have been made. We will work with any long-distance buyers to get transportation lined up.
