Your Success is Our Success! Welcome to our Second Annual Production Sale. We started our registered Angus program in 2009 with females purchased from LaGrand Angus, Slagle Angus, Ostrand Angus, Conley Angus, Hollman Angus and TC Ranch. Our sale offering represents the kind of cattle that are profitable for the commercial cattle producer and consists of bulls that are functional with balanced genetic traits that will sire calves that will be profitable for you when sold in the fall. I have been very pleased with the performance of the cattle in this sale offering since they were calves. These cattle were not creep fed as calves and were developed on a high roughage ration and have performed well, considering the harsh winter and wet spring we have experienced. As a relatively young program, our cowherd is in a building phase so our A.I. program utilizes proven sires that meet our selection parameters for calving ease and maternal performance and our Embryo Transfer program consists of a battery of our top producing females that will help us develop a cowherd based on quality, maternal performance and function which is reflected in the seedstock we offer in this sale. A special feature of this year’s sale is a sire group from two of our donor dams sired by C R R Emulous 26 17, a bull that was born in 1972 descending from the Murray Corbin herd in Oklahoma, the founder and progenitor of the Emulous bloodline in the Angus breed. C R R Emulous 2617 was known as the #1 Ribeye bull for decades in the Angus breed who still produces moderate framed, functional and powerfully constructed cattle that hit multiple targets in the purebred and commercial sectors of the beef cattle business today. In closing, it is our mission to develop a partnership with you, our current and future customers, to produce seedstock that will add value and marketability to the calves you produce in order to maximize your bottom-line profitability at market time. Interstate health papers will be furnished on all cattle selling out of state. All sale cattle have been tested Negative for BVD. All heifers selling have been Officially Calfhood Vaccinated and have been vaccinated with Piliguard Pinkeye-1 Trivalent, Fusoguard and Vib Shield plus L5. All sale cattle have been dewormed and have been poured and treated for lice.

All bulls selling will have passed a Semen Test and Visual Exam by Platte Valley Veterinary Hospital, unless he is under 12 months of age. All bulls are guaranteed to be fertile. A Semen Test Record will be provided on each bull at sale settlement.

All sale cattle are available for inspection prior to the sale at the Ranch at any time prior to the sale. You are welcome to stop by and walk through the sale cattle at any time prior to the sale.

DON’T BRING YOUR TRAILER TO THE SALE! Free delivery on all sale cattle will be provided within 200 miles of the ranch and prior to June 1st, 2019, at our convenience. However, we will offer a $50 credit on the buyers total purchase price if cattle are loaded out following the sale or on Monday, April 15, 2019. Please inform the clerks at the time of sale settlement your intentions for load out or delivery. Load out of purchased animals will be available immediately following the sale. We will be glad to assist out-of-state buyers in making the best possible trucking or delivery arrangements.

G U A R A N T E E All females are guaranteed to be breeders and follow the standard terms of the American Angus Association. All bulls are guaranteed to be breeders through the first breeding season, meaning they will settle, at least one of the females serviced. The first breeding season is defined as May 1 through August 31 of the year the bull was purchased.
V E R I F I C A T I O N A bull must be verified and certified to be a non-breeder by a licensed veterinarian on or before September 1 of the year purchased. If so determined, a credit for the purchase of a bull in the next years sale will be issued minus the salvage value of the original bull. Please notify us by September 1st of the year purchased and prior to the bull being sold for salvage, to file a claim, in order to qualify for a sale credit to purchase a replacement bull in the following years sale. Resistol was our selection in the the 2016 Whitestone Angus Sale from the flush of AAR Ten X 7008 and TC Marcia 1069, a renowned female and donor dam at Whitestone Angus. Resistol is a maternal brother to TC Touchdown 772, herd sire at High Point Genetics, Osceola, Ia and TC Franklin 619, in service for Vermillion Ranch Billings, Mt. Resistol has proven to be a calving ease sire whose progeny show tremendous eye-appeal and structural correctness with ample muscle expression. His daughters are in production and exhibit tight udders and ideal teat size and placement. His sons are masculine and express tremendous carcass attributes, quality and balance that will carry through to their progeny for a high degree of marketabilty when you sell calves in the fall.

We used him for two seasons before we had to let him go due to a back injury received protecting his domain in a bull fight. Forword was a docile, easy going bull that is a true calving-ease sire. The following five lots are progeny from our donor and foundation herd matron, BAAR USA Lady Jaye 490 and sired by C R R Emulous 26 17 and TC Total 410. “490” is a full-sister Bextor, the sire of TC Aberdeen 759; and to the dam of Werner War Party 2417, BAAR USA Lady Jaye 489. This cow is amazing. Last year at 14 years of age she raised a really good bull calf that weaned off at 684 lbs. without creep feed. She has a perfect udder that looks like the udder of a 5 year-old cow. She is currently being flushed at 15 years-of-age. We want to build a pretty good bank of embryo’s from this cow as she is one of the foundations of our herds future.
