Locust Hill Cattle Company 5th Annual Bull and Female Sale
5th AnnuAl Bull & FemAle SAle
February 21, 2026
Pelham, NC | 1:00 pm EST
Hello Friends,
Welcome to the fifth annual Locust Hill Cattle Company Bull and Female Production sale. It brings great pleasure to welcome each one and to say thank you to all the bidders and buyers who have attended the sale in previous years. We trust that the cattle have been great additions to your herd. It is our goal to provide high quality sound cattle that exceed industry standards and increase your profitabilit.
This year we are offerin a complete set of bulls including four bulls from our Reserve Champion Pen of 5 Gelbvieh Bulls. Our focus on bulls is to produce stout, easy fleshing, sound bulls that have power and will add pounds to your calves and at the same time provide the maternal edge that provides future continuity. You will findin this offering amix of Angus, Balancer and Gelbvieh bulls that do just that.
This year we have also increased the number of bred heifers and pairs in our sale. We realize that cattle numbers across the country have declined and it is critical that herd numbers increase. For that reason, we have done the work for you on adding females to your herd. You will finda complete set of females that are ready to go to work and help you increase your herd and create more profit
I am very proud of the offeringthis year and thankful for the continued support of my wife Nikki and our family as well as the entire ranch crew. Bubba continues to raise the standard of our cattle and the cattle that we are offering for your purchase. I also want to thank Austin for his commitment to the ranch as he is now working full-time. His added knowledge and commitment will no doubt benefit the operation
I look forward to seeing all of you on February 21. If I can be of any assistance, please let me know.
See you on sale day!
Sincerely,
G. Todd Hodges Locust Hill Cattle Company

Donation Heifer
Over the past year, as owner of Locust Hill Cattle Company, I have had several conversations with friend and Locust Hill Cattle supporter, Tracy Strader, about how we could do more to serve our community. The fact that we both raise cattle here and that there are many people that experience hunger in the area, he suggested the idea of supporting Rockingham Hope.
Rockingham Hope is a faith-based, Christ-centered ministry serving residents of Rockingham County in Eden, North Carolina. Operating from their location at 326 E. Stadium Drive, Rockingham Hope provides essential food assistance through an appointment-based pantry that welcomes anyone in need of food to visit between 9:00 AM and noon, Tuesday through Thursday. The ministry also offersa monthly mobile pantry service for elderly clients who have difficultvisiting in person. Beyond meeting basic nutritional needs, Rockingham Hope provides free consultations with volunteer nurses and licensed counselors for personal wellness and mental health support. The ministry’s philosophy recognizes that while providing food addresses immediate physical needs, positive life-change ultimately happens through the hope and love found in Jesus Christ. The officis open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to serve the community.
The Rockingham Hope Donation Heifer is being donated by Locust Hill Cattle Company to be auctioned with 100% of the proceeds going to Rockingham Hope. Rockingham Hope has established excellent buying power from local based food distributors. Therefore, monetary support is the answer and selling a heifer provides the avenue Rockingham Hope is a 501/ c3 established organization and all donations are tax deductible. Thank you all for your support of the community where we live and please join Locust Hill Cattle Company providing assistance to Rockingham Hope through this Donation Heifer. Todd Hodges
