Boy is it a good time to be in the cow calf business or what? I’d like to invite you all to our 36th Annual Production Sale on the ranch just north of Phillipsburg, KS. I would also like to encourage you to stop by anytime to view the offering beforehand. We are very proud of this set of cattle. The average daily gains have been over the top and the health and feet are great. The American Gelbvieh Association released three new indexes to simplify your selection process. They should allow you to find the sweet spot with EPDs and performance to match your resources. The bulls will be ultra sounded for carcass traits and have a complete fertility exam done by Suchsland Veterinary Service.

We are selling full possession and 2/3 semen interest in all the bulls in this offering. We are retaining a 1/3 revenue sharing semen interest in all bulls selling.
You, the buyer, have total control of the bull and 100% of the salvage belongs to you. If and when we would like the semen on any of these bulls, we would collect semen in the off season at your convenience and our expense.
If you collect semen for you own account the semen in 100% yours. I will be more than happy to visit with you about any questions you might have concering the bulls in the sale. This disclaimer will affect very few bulls over time.
