All cattle will sell under the suggested sale terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association, available at the clerk’s desk on sale day. Cash or check is required before or immediately following the sale before cattle are released for load out. Registration certificates will not be transferred until any outstanding balance is paid in full. Ownership will be transferred at the seller’s expense. Buyers must provide proper name and address for transfer.

Total Herd Enrollment is a voluntary program offered to active members of the American Simmental Association. Consignors who participate in THE should have paid enrollment fees through Fall 2013 for either the TR or SR enrollment option, and actively enrolled females will be transferred as such.

A number of open show heifer prospects in this sale have been nominated by the consignor to the 2014 Tennessee Junior Simmental Futurity, to be held at the Williamson County Fair, Franklin, TN. Only show prospects that sell in a TSA-sanctioned sale or a TSA member’s bonafide production sale are eligible to be nominated. Nomination fee is $50 per head prior to the sale of the heifer. All nomination fees go into the futurity jackpot with a 100% guarantee payout every year. Nominated heifers comprise two divisions: purebreds and percentage bloods. Monies collected for that division will be divided as follows: 50% to Champion, 25% for Reserve, 25% split evenly for all other entrees. • CWT Danni Z6 was purchased out of the 2012 Field of Dreams Sale from the Prairie Cattle Co. Immediately following the sale she went to the TN Valley Farm Show where she was Champion in the Junior and Open shows. Next, she was second in class at the North American Livestock Expo in Louisville, KY. This summer she was campaigned at the TN Livestock Expo as Champion over all breeds. At this year’s TN State Fair, “Danni” was Champion A.O.B. and went on to be named Champion of Champions. She concluded the summer by being named Champion at the TN Valley Fair for the second year in a row. “Danni” is flawlessly constructed and has been admired by many this year. Her sire, Silveiras Style 9303, has been a sire of many champions across the country both in the Angus shows and Sim Angus shows. She is also backed by two of the top Simmental sires in the breed, Meyer Ranch 734 and “Power Drive”. “Danni” looks great and was bred to be a Champion.
