General Sale Information
Time of Sale – The sale will start promptly at noon. Terms – Terms of the sale are cash and each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with the auctioneer settling any disputes as to bids. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over any printed material. Each animal will become the property of the buyer as soon as sold and will be taken care of for a reasonable amount of time after the sale at the buyer’s risk. We strongly advise buyers to insure their purchases. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the owners assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. Guarantee – All bulls are guaranteed to be breeders. Any animal failing to breed within six months of sale date may be returned to the seller if in good condition. The purchaser must notify the seller of his dissatisfaction with an animal in writing within six months of the sale date. We then reserve the right to try said animal for a period of six months. If, at the end of that time, the animal fails to breed, a like animal will be substituted or the money refunded. Note – There is no guarantee on any of the commercial female lots. No adjustments will be made. No cattle will be loaded out during the sale.

We feel this is one of the stoutest and deepest set of bulls that we have ever offered for sale. This offering again features many bulls sired by industry leading AI sires. The bulls are stout, sound, rugged and ready for heavy service. What a year it has been for the demand of Angus Bulls and Females! We at Fleming Angus are very excited about the Beef business and especially the Angus business, as Angus cattle are still the most problem free Beef breed in the World. I would like to give a special thanks to the Debter family for allowing us to come back and participate in their great bull sale. The Debter family has been very instrumental in the success of Fleming Angus and we look forward to the future as we team up and supply the best Angus and Hereford commercial bulls in the southeast.
