EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
The Student Investment Fund provides an innovative experience for students to gain the skills needed to excel in the financial industry. Each year more than 60 student leaders earn their Bloomberg Certification and trade more than $220,000 in funds thanks to generous alumni support. In the past five years, LIU-iF boasts a 74% return on its investment.
Alumnus Ray Dalio '71 is a billionaire investor and entrepreneur, best known for founding Bridgewater Associates, which grew into the world's largest hedge fund. Dalio recently returned to LIU and met with senior partners in the LIU-iF Student Investment Fund, who had the opportunity to pitch their portfolio.

The Tilles Center for the Performing Arts brings world-class performances and cultural experiences to LIU's Post campus.
