Arrest for grand larcenies Senator Steve Rhoads, Hempstead Town Clerk Kate Murray, and Nassau County Legislator John Ferretti met with veterans, local community groups, and residents at the Winterfest Celebration. On February 10, New York State Senator Steve Rhoads showed his Levittown community spirit at the Levittown Community Council’s 25th Annual Winterfest Celebration at the Island Trees Library. Despite being held during some of the most frigid months of the year, the Annual Winterfest is a heartwarming display of commu-

nity pride that gets people out of the house and brings together families and friends for a day of fun and celebration. With an incredible model train display, crafts, face paint, a magic show, countless vendors, and more it was truly a memorable Winterfest. Aside from the entertainment, Winterfest also holds a deeper significance

for the community. It is a time to come together and appreciate the deep sense of unity and camaraderie that exists in Levittown. Senator Rhoads would like to thank Levittown Community Council and all the local volunteers for organizing such a wonderful event for the community to enjoy.
