Single-family home sales for Q1 2016 priced from $1 to $2 million increased 10.1% compared to Q1 2015, with 131 homes sold. This price point has 6.8 months' supply of inventory, a decrease of 4.3 percent compared to last year at this time. The supply trend has been leaning downward for the last couple of years, but there is still a healthy amount of inventory in this price range.
