Lisle High School
Mona Chandhok Years of experience: 15 What will be your position? Lisle 180 Program What are looking forward to this year? I am very optimistic about our new pathway- Program 180. I am looking forward to making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth by mentoring them in regaining confidence in their innate abilities and aptitudes, and assisting them in polishing their character and academic growth. My goal is to have my students discover the power of resilience and hard work through consistency and strong structure. What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I enjoy reading, cooking, dancing, working out and story-telling.
Lisle Junior High School
Elena Pivek Years of experience: This is my first year! I have been a part of the Lisle Community first as a student, and then as an intern. I am excited to begin this next chapter as an official staff member of the Lisle 202 team! Position: Junior High & High School Speech-Language Pathologist What are looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to getting to know each of my students and helping to make a difference in their academic careers. What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I enjoy spending time with friends and family, staying active outdoors, and trying new recipes and restaurants!
Chrysan Rankin Years of experience: 2 Position: Junior High School Social Worker What are looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to getting to know the students and families I will be working with and to all the “out of the box� discoveries we will inevitably be making due to remote learning. What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I love spending time with my family and being outside when the weather is nice. Going to a beach is my favorite thing to do and some of my hobbies are baking, running, and playing cribbage with my husband.

Jean Chalich Years of experience: 24 Position: Elementary School Nurse What are you looking forward to this year? I look forward to working with the students, staff and parents at LES and helping them through this unusual year. What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I enjoy reading, seeing musicals (I’m a big Hamilton fan), being with my grandkids (ages 6, 7 & 8) and being outdoors.
Courtney Davis Years of experience: 3 Position: 1st Grade Teacher What are you looking forward to this year? I’m most looking forward to working with the first grade team to collaborate and create a magnificent year for our students. I’m also looking forward to meeting all of my new students and families this year! What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I enjoy reading, crafting, running/working out, and being outside as much as possible!
Jieun Han Years of experience: 8 Position: Kindergarten What are you looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to meeting all of my new Kindergarten students! What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I enjoy spending time with my family, doing yoga, and cooking.

Kimberly Malave-Flavin Years of experience: 9 Position: Early Childhood through 1st Grade School Psychologist What are you looking forward to this year? Connecting with families and finding ways to support staff and students. What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I love family time with my husband, daughter, and son. I also love dancing! We have lots of dance parties in my home, but every once in awhile I also get back in the studio for a ballet, jazz, tap, or ballroom class.
Sara Schroeder Years of experience: 6 Position: 2nd-5th Grade School Psychologist What are you looking forward to this year? In 2014, I was a Lisle intern, so I am looking forward to reconnecting with Lisle’s school community this year! What do you enjoy doing outside of school? Outside of school I enjoy cooking, running, and painting.
