Place Your Order Submit your request through the LRG Services with as much detail as possible about your project, goals, and preferences.

Discuss Your Vision We’ll review your request and connect with you to establish expectations, discuss project details, and gather any additional information we need. Depending on the project, this may involve email communication, a Zoom meeting, or reviewing examples together. Have a specific vision in mind? We’re happy to share examples of previous work, provide templates, or collaborate with you to create something custom to your business. We welcome inspiration from other sources and use our creativity to make each project your own.

Design and Development Once we’ve established the project details and expectations, our marketing team will get to work! Turnaround times vary depending on the type and complexity of your project.

Look for an Email From Us Within 24 hours of submitting your order, you’ll receive an email from the LRG Services team with next steps. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will receive a response within 24 hours of the next business day.
Review and Revisions Once your project is complete, it will go through an internal marketing review before being sent to you for approval. Each order includes two rounds of proofs for revisions. To help us work efficiently, please provide all requested changes and feedback during your first review. The second proof is intended to confirm that the agreed-upon changes have been made and the project is ready for approval. Receive Your Final Files Once you’ve approved the final proof, we’ll send you the completed files in the appropriate format. Need help downloading your files, transferring a ZIP folder, posting graphics to social media, setting up an email signature, or using your new marketing materials? We’re happy to walk you through the process!
