2020 FOOTBALL SEASON TICKET INFORMATION 5/12/2020 Greetings Eagle Fans, Lindale I.S.D. is very excited and looking forward to the 2020 football season at our newly renovated Eagle Stadium. We are happy to announce season ticket holders can renew on line; please see the attached form. You may view the stadium seating map on the school website under Departments/ Athletics then click on stadium seating map. (www.lindaleeagles.org click on departments tab, click on athletics tab, scroll down to stadium seating map – lower right side- and click to view map of stadium).
Monday, May 25th – Friday, May 29th- CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDERS - If you are a current season ticket holder and would like to renew your current seat selection you may renew on line from May 25th through May 29th. Ticket packages will be $50 (per seat) good for all home games (5) -scrimmages not included. At this time you will only be allowed to renew your current seat selection and you will not be able to make any changes. All seats need to be renewed during these dates to be able to trade or add to. Any seats not renewed will be inactive and available to the public after May 29th.

- CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDERS - TRADE DAY - If you are a current season ticket holder and would like to change your seat selection you must come to the high school beginning at 8:00 a.m. At this time you will only be allowed to change the number of tickets that you currently have in your name (so you must already have your current selection purchased). You will only be able to do this Monday, June 15th. If you would like to purchase additional tickets you will need to come into the high school beginning Monday, June 22nd at 8:00 a.m. and drop off your payment for NEW additional seats. ***DEADLINE FOR RENEWING YOUR CURRENT TICKETS: Friday, May 29th *** ***DEADLINE FOR CHANGING YOUR TICKETS: Monday, June 15th (only) *** YOUR CARD MUST BE ACTIVATED BY May 29TH OR YOUR PASS WILL BECOME INACTIVE AND AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO RENEW YOUR SEASON TICKETS, PLEASE CALL ANNETTE IN THE ATHLETICS OFFICE (903-881-4055) AND BRING YOUR PASS AND DROP IT OFF AT THE HIGH SCHOOL. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL THE PASS.

2020 SEASON TICKET RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS ON-LINE WITH TICKET TRACKER Season Ticket Holders will need to go to the Lindale ISD web page (www.lindaleeagles.org), click on Departments/Athletics, go to the link for “On line Season Ticket Sales”. This will bring you to the Ticket Tracker login page. • • •
If you do not have a username, you will need to click on “New User”. Enter a valid email address in the “Customer E-Mail” field and click “Search”. If you receive a message that says “An account already exists for this email address.” This means you already have a Username and Password. Go to login page and click on “Forgot Password.”
Your email address will either be not found in the system or found in the system. • If your email is not found in system, click on the “Create New User” button. • If your email is found in system, click “Select” next to your name. A username and password will be sent to your email. Once you receive username and password simply log in and go to “Buy/Renew Pass Tab” to renew your season tickets (If you do not receive your username and password via email call Ticket Tracker at 1-888-478-5273). After clicking on “Create New User”, you will be asked to select the “State” and “School” in which you are purchasing the Season Tickets for. Then click on the “Select” button. Enter all of your information into the customer Maintenance page. This information must match the owner(s) of the Season Ticket(s) that originally purchased them thru the Athletic Dept. • First Name, Last Name and E-Mail are required fields that must be completed to continue. • Once All required fields are completed, click the “Save” button. A Username and Password will be sent to the E-Mail address provided (If you do not receive your username and password via email call Ticket Tracker at 1-888-478-5273). Enter the Username and Password that you received via email from Ticket Tracker. The Username and Password fields are both case sensitive. After logging into the Ticket Tracker system, you now have the ability to renew your 2020 Season Tickets. Click on the “Buy/Renew Pass” (Season Tickets) tab. Enter your credit card information and click “Purchase”. • Season Tickets must be purchased by May 29th to activate your pass.
