This summer, Stewart, Hollywood, and Roosevelt Elementary students are racing to read! Every check out earns students a dinosaur to drop into their school’s tube. Watch the dinos climb higher and higher as the schools compete to reach the finish line first! The school with the most dinosaurs at the end wins new library books, a victory banner, and a special prize for students. Let the reading race begin!

Memorial Day Parade

The library is honored to participate in the Stevensville American Legion Memorial Day Parade! The parade begins at 11:00 AM on Memorial Day and makes its way down St. Joseph Ave. to the Lincoln Charter Township Cemetery. Come out to honor our heroes, enjoy the community spirit, and cheer us on as we walk in remembrance.
VR Adventures: Travel the World

Make Your Own “Dino Call”!

Kids and families can build their own “dino call,” a simple horn that makes a loud and silly prehistoric roar. After assembling, decorate it with paint pens using scales, fossils, volcanoes, or favorite dinosaurs. Come experiment with sound and see who can make the fiercest dinosaur call!

LTPL Choir Camp-Patriotic Songbook

With the generous support of the Monday Musical Club grant, we are thrilled to offer our second annual summer choir camp with a patriotic theme to celebrate the semiquincentennial! This is an all ages choir with four days of rehearsal and ending with one awesome live performance for the whole community to attend on Thursday, July 23rd. Children 7 and under must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
Family Camp Out

Clean Up: Saturday, July 25 from 7-8:30 am
Set up your tent on the library’s lawn and enjoy a cozy night under the stars! Families can look forward to dinner, games, crafts, and a movie before quiet hours begin. Wake up to a camp style breakfast served from 7:00–8:00 AM, and please have tents packed up by 8:30 AM. Children must remain with their parent or guardian at all times, and all campers will follow a set curfew to keep the night peaceful for everyone.

Procreate is a digital drawing application compatible with Apple, with ease and design in mind. Digital artists ages 11 and up are welcome to come in and learn how to navigate this software. Stands Mute: The True Trials & Tribulations of a Turn of the Century Dog & Pony Show Clown

Larry Underwood has uncovered the incredible story of John Woundy who, on a summer night in 1906, shot a farmer of Bridgman, with his prop gun, and stood trial in St. Joseph for Assault with Intent to Murder. On the 120th anniversary of his trial artist Larry Underwood undertakes to retell the story. Glass slide projections will aid in the retelling of this piece of Southwest Michigan’s history.

Quadcopter Camp

Safe Sitter® Essentials Class

The Safe Sitter Essentials Class is designed to prepare students in grades 6 8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The instructor‑led class is filled with fun games, hands‑on demonstrations, and role playing exercises. Students even get to use manikins to practice rescue skills like choking rescue & CPR! Program Registration Info
Registration opens 30 days before the program date at 9 AM. For specific dates, visit our Calendar of Events at lincolntownshiplibrary.org.
If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your registration so someone on the wait list can join the event. We will be taking attendance at the program. Staff members reserve the right to move a registrant to the wait list if they are found to be consistently absent from registered programs.
