This program is academically aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As a result, students in their final year will have eligibility to register for the SHRM-Certified Professional Examinations. Courses included in the curriculum include but are not limited to: Strategic HRM, Staffing Organizations, Compensation and Benefits, Employment Law, Organizational Development and Managing Change, Managing Diversity and Inclusion, Labor Relations, Training and Development.
