The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development prepares students to help improve the effectiveness of organizations by developing employees’ knowledge, skills, abilities, and performance. Employee development is almost universally recognized as a strategic tool for an organization’s continuing growth, productivity, and ability to retain valuable employees. Therefore, the need for development professionals remains very relevant in 21st Century organizations. This program is academically aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Students in their final year will have eligibility to register for the SHRM-Certified Professional Examinations.
