Recognised for his progressive French cuisine infused with ocean-inspired influences, Chef Berger has earned global acclaim, including a Michelin Star, a place among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and multiple international culinary awards. His innovative approach transforms each dish into a storytelling experience, drawing inspiration from the mysteries and beauty of the sea.
As part of his visit, Chef Berger will present an exclusive fine-dining dinner for a limited number of guests on 15th August, while also introducing a signature creation at AQVA Bar & Restaurant.
