You’ve heard the buzz brewing, and it’s true— there’s a new wolf in town! Lone Wolf Brewing Co. has officially opened its doors, and they’re ready to secure its spot as the perfect place to dine, drink, and lounge in an effortlessly cool, family-friendly setting. From the moment Joe, Jay, and Tim toured the expansive indoor/outdoor space that would ultimately become Lone Wolf, they knew it was something special. After considering 50 potential buildings across nine different cities, the Yorba Linda location felt right instantly. “This location checked all of the boxes for us,” recalls Joe, who sought a new adventure after the pandemic affected his career as a business consultant.

“Great town, great people, large footprint, high ceilings, beautiful patio, and a great parking setup. The vibe of this town is amazing!” That welcoming vibe is exactly what the trio wants patrons to experience in their modern, open-air space. “When you walk in, you’ll experience a rustic, industrial feel warmed by Edison lights, brick, patina steel, a concrete/epoxy bar with a river, and live-edge wood tables. We’ll be playing classic rock and country music, too,” says Joe. Stretching over 6700 square feet inside and 1700 square feet of covered patio space, there’s plenty of room for everyone to hang out and mingle. The outdoor patio has heaters and misters to keep you comfortable, as well as a clear view of the brewhouse and cellar. Catch the game on one of the TVs or play games sure to entertain anyone from 5 to 95, like Jenga, corn hole, electronic golf, and electronic bowling. Customers can wet their whistles with an impressive lineup of beers that will evolve based on customer feedback. “Our philosophy when it comes to beer, wine, and food is to serve what the community wants,” Joe says. “At the 10,000-foot level, we’ll be serving gastropub-type food. Our list of beers will include Irish Red, Imperial Stout, West Coast IPA, Hazy IPA, Double IPA, Triple IPA, Blonde Ale, Mexican Amber Lager, Light Lager, Rice Lager, Wheat beer, Huckleberry Seltzer, and a Kettle Sour’s to start. With 20 faucets, we plan to settle on 12 staple flavors and eight revolving flavors,” he explains. “Our mantra is put down the phones and get to know your neighbor at one of our large community tables while enjoying great food, drinks, and music, “says Joe. “Let the kids run around and play games or bring your dog for an afternoon on our large patio,” he continues. “Lone Wolf was created as a place you can unwind, relax, have fun, and howl at the moon.” lonewolfbrewingco.com

Instructions 1. Heat oven to 250°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine cereal and pecans in pan and set aside. 2. In a 4-cup microwaveable bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar and butter spread. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds or until boiling. 3. Stir vanilla and baking soda into mixture. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Spread on baking sheet and cool completely; break into pieces. When cooled, add peanuts and pretzels. Makes about 10-11 cups. Store tightly covered.
