LIFESTYLE LETTER

January is the Month of New Beginnings

January 2026 PUBLISHER

Misty Dockins | misty.dockins@citylifestyle.com E D I TO R

Dana Olson | dana.olson@citylifestyle.com

There’s something magical about January. It feels like a deep breath, a clean slate, a quiet promise that no matter what the past year held, we get to begin again. New beginnings don’t always have to be loud or drastic; they can be as simple as choosing one small habit that moves you closer to the life you want to live. When we think of “health and wellness,” we often jump straight to fitness or nutrition. And yes, moving your body and fueling it well are powerful ways to honor yourself. But true wellness is so much bigger than that. It’s emotional health. It’s mental clarity. It’s financial peace. It’s learning to rest without guilt and work without burnout. It’s choosing growth over comfort and gratitude over perfection. January invites us to reset not just our bodies but also our minds and hearts. Maybe this is the year you finally ask for help with your finances, invest in your physical health, prioritize your mental well-being, or slow down enough to breathe. Progress doesn’t require perfection, only intention. At Windsor City Lifestyle, we love highlighting the incredible local businesses that support every part of your wellness journey—fitness studios, health practitioners, financial experts, and community leaders—who are here to help you thrive. This month’s issue is filled with inspiration, resources, and stories designed to encourage and uplift you as you step into the new year.

Hands That Restore Balance Dr. Gena Wickes Provides Hands-On Chiropractic Care Enhancing Mobility and Comfort For Horses & Pets Dr. Gena Wickes

18

P E T CA R E | W EL L NES S

Long before Horse & Hound Chiropractic, LLC existed, Dr. Gena Wickes was standing inside one of life’s most disorienting chapters. Newly divorced, raising two young children, and unsure of what came next, she found herself searching for a path forward that still honored the dreams she once had for a medical career. What arrived instead was an unexpected suggestion from a friend: “Why not become a chiropractor?” It seemed simple, almost too simple—until she realized her own years of chiropractic care had quietly changed her life. Migraines she once accepted as routine had disappeared. Asthma symptoms faded. The yearly bronchitis she braced for never came. That quiet transformation sparked a deeper curiosity. She wanted to understand why it worked—and, eventually, how it might work for more than just people. Once in chiropractic school, she discovered the field of animal chiropractic, a specialty that immediately felt like home. “I knew right then it was what I was meant to do,” she says. The advanced training would have to wait— life demanded other priorities—but the desire never left.

Horse & Hound Chiropractic, LLC first took shape in Dallas, Texas, where Dr. Gena began practicing under Texas’ strict veterinary-referral model. Months later, after earning her advanced certification through the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association—considered the gold standard in the field—she became eligible to practice in states like Colorado, where her passion for hands-on healing could flourish more freely. When she arrived in Northern Colorado, she returned to what had always worked best—meeting animal patients where they felt most comfortable. A mobile practice wasn’t a strategy; it was simply what worked best for her patients. For Dr. Gena, the work is rooted in something beautifully simple: animals respond honestly. Humans often evaluate chiropractic care by whether something “popped” the way they expected. Animals offer no such expectations; their bodies speak for them. After an adjustment, the horses’ gentle chewing and the dogs’ soft licking are their way of saying they feel relief. More than once, those small gestures have made her feel like an honorary member of a family.

One patient especially stays with her. Walker, a beloved family dog, had been given less than a month to live. He couldn’t stand, and his family feared the end was near. But with each visit, something shifted. First a hint of movement, then an attempt to rise, then— weeks later—a greeting at the door. Walker went on to enjoy seven more months of running, playing, and soaking up life. On the final night before his “last best day,” his family invited Dr. Gena to say goodbye. She arrived with love and a little chocolate, holding space for a moment she considers one of the most meaningful of her career. In reflecting on her work, she puts it simply: “When your hands are all you use and you still receive great results, you realize they’re really all you need.” Today, after sixteen years of human chiropractic care and nearly five years of animal practice, her philosophy remains grounded in humility. While Colorado’s regulations limit some of the emerging

Konzek Family Dog, Jack

“When your hands are all you use and you still receive great results, you realize they’re really all you need.” technologies available in other states, she doesn’t see that as a barrier. Instead, it keeps the work rooted in connection: touch, trust, and the profound bond shared between animals and the people who love them. As Horse & Hound Chiropractic, LLC grows across Northern Colorado, Dr. Gena hopes to continue offering exactly what brought her here in the first place—gentle, grounded care that brings comfort, longevity, and ease to horses, dogs, and cats alike. For local pet and livestock owners seeking a thoughtful, mobile approach to chiropractic wellness, connecting with Horse & Hound Chiropractic, LLC is as simple as reaching out. A calmer, more comfortable companion often begins right at home.

HIIT workouts; blast (assault bike), cycle, and thunder (rowing), torch calories fast. Short, intense, infraredpowered sessions = max burn, stronger endurance.

HOTWORK's hot isometric workouts - yoga, pilates, core, buns & barre - build endurance, tone muscles, & boost results with infrared heat.

HOTWORX-Windsor is more than just a workout space; it’s a local movement towards overall wellness and community-driven connection that strives to make healthy living convenient for everyone. Co-owners Kayle and McKay Crist were members at their previous location before moving to Colorado. So, when life brought their family to Windsor, the couple saw an opportunity to introduce a new style of wellness to Windsor through efficient workouts, proven health benefits, and a supportive studio environment that specializes in convenience and community. The HOTWORX franchise provides a 3-dimensional training model that combines exercise, heat, and infrared energy using saunas for each of the isometric and HIIT workout types. Members get exclusive 24-hour access to virtually led sessions, along with staffed hours for onboarding and support. HOTWORX prides itself on providing all its members with the flexibility, support, and health benefits necessary to achieve a healthier lifestyle. CONTINUED >

The FX Zone is HOTWORX's 24/7 weight-training space. Perfect for balancing isometrics + HIIT. Crossfunctional training = stronger, faster, better results.

At the Windsor location, conveniently situated between Doug’s Diner and Esh’s Grocery Market, is a space designed to accommodate everyone and every schedule. The studio offers a variety of low-impact workouts that deliver maximum results with minimal strain, allowing members to find their perfect routine that matches their goals. HOTWORX offers a wide range of benefits that enhance both physical health and overall well-being. The infrared heat used in each session promotes detoxification, helping the body improve circulation and support pain relief. This combination of heat and exercise also aids in stress reduction, allowing members to recharge both mentally and physically. Additionally, HOTWORX workouts boost calorie burn, which contributes to effective weight loss over time. Beyond these standard benefits, regular sessions can also support muscle recovery, help lower blood pressure, and encourage anti-aging effects, skin rejuvenation, and reduce the potential appearance of cellulite, leaving members feeling refreshed and stronger. It’s a truly unique experience that proves one thing: HOTWORX is for everyone. “The biggest thing that makes us stand out is our use of infrared,” McKay shared. “The science behind it and what it can do for your body, between limited joint impact, muscle recovery, and detoxification, the benefits are unlike anything else.” In a world that never slows down, finding that balance isn’t just a luxury but essential to living a healthier, more fulfilling life. Kayle and McKay are determined to give their location a unique and local feel. Community is at the heart of everything they have created, and to the Crist’s, HOTWORX is more than a business; it is a way for them to contribute to a community that has become their home.

We want to show them what it means to work hard to be successful, while also doing it in a way that is positive for their community,” McKay stated. Monthly Book Review Words of Windsor YOUR LOCAL BOOKSTORE LOCATED AT 631 BIRCH STREET, UNIT B WINDSOR

This month's focus is on two books by an adored author, Margareta Magnusson. First is The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning and the second is The Swedish Art of Living Exuberantly. These are books meant to be used at any stage of life. How many of us have had the task of cleaning out a loved one’s home and knowing that they saved things for us that we don’t want? Swedish Death Cleaning is a process clearing out unnecessary things, removing that clutter (maybe even taking on a minimalist lifestyle) and doing it sooner rather than later. Family memories and discussions can abound with joy rather than sorrow or frustration. Now with so much clutter cleaned out, you can embrace a way of Living Exuberantly and thinking about aging in a positive and realistic way. Her approach is not to fear or dread death but rather to appreciate beauty, reconnect with loved ones, and enjoy time together. These books work so well together, and Margareta is both wise, funny, and practical in all things. They are a perfect way to begin your new year with joy, family, and a look toward the future. Discover these titles and many more at Words of Windsor Books and Gifts, your local, independent bookstore open Monday through Saturday 10am-6pm. Two companion books for a lighter life to help you release what you don’t need and help you savor what matters. Thoughtful inspiration for the new year.

Dr. Rocci Trumper on the Windsor High School sidelines, supporting athletes with the same dedication he brings to every patient he treats at OCR.

It’s not uncommon to see Dr. Rocci Trumper on the sidelines of a Windsor High School football game - not only because he loves the sport, but because of his investment in the health and well-being of the players. Dr. Trumper is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR). He’s been contributing to the strength and mobility of athletes for the better part of three decades, with an exclusive focus on the evaluation and treatment of knee issues, and he loves it.

Growing up playing sports - football, basketball, and baseball in high school, and continuing with basketball in college - explains Dr. Trumper’s draw to the sports aspect of orthopedics. This background made the field a natural choice for him, and he was particularly drawn to the knee joint because of its complexity. His undergraduate degree in engineering likely fueled this interest in the intricate mechanics of the knee joint and how brilliantly designed it is, despite its frailties. Dr. Trumper is part of an exceptional and expanding physician-owned team, joining more than 95 providers, including 49 specialized physicians, across six medical campuses - all working together to keep our communities moving. The most common injuries seen in Dr. Trumper’s practice are ligament and meniscal injuries, the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) being of special interest. The team at the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies are actively involved in research around that ligament and injuries to it, and are proud to note their paper on the subject was presented to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and chosen as one of ten papers highlighted on “specialty day.” They are also involved in technology platforms to improve ACL repairs. Questions like, “How do we improve methods for repairing ligaments and managing meniscus and cartilage injuries? What can we do to increase the chances of full recovery with minimal limitations? What can be done to ensure the other knee isn’t injured?” drive the research. As a result of such focused study, they have a deeper understanding of the injury, are better at diagnosing it, and have improved techniques for repairing it. Of course, recovery is an essential part of injury, and Dr. Trumper highlights the importance of understanding what the injury is as well as its underlying causes to guide the recovery process. With patience and thoughtful planning, the chances of a full recovery improve while the risk of aggravating the injury or having another one is reduced. Prevention is the best medicine, and Dr. Trumper recommends being properly conditioned for activities to minimize the chance of injury. Community involvement is the heartbeat of the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies, and Dr. Trumper admits it’s one of the most rewarding parts of his job. Getting to know the athletes, their families, and the staff members of the athletic organizations they serve integrates the OCR team into the Windsor community. Their impact reaches across Northern Colorado and beyond state

lines, and they are grateful for those who travel long distances to be treated by specialists at OCR. The team is dedicated to ensuring their patients receive the highest level of expertise, with subspecialties from head to toe to address a wide range of needs. For 56 years, OCR has been woven into the fabric of the region’s health landscape. Its mission today is the same as it was then - serving and empowering patients to live their best lives with compassionate, high-quality care. That commitment is felt deeply in Windsor, and it’s clear how far-reaching OCR’s support truly is. In communities across Northern Colorado, it’s almost impossible to talk about injuries or recovery without someone proudly saying, “I went to OCR.” Word of those positive experiences travels fast - high school athletes, parents, coaches, and weekend warriors all share stories of how OCR helped them get back to doing what they love. Windsor High School’s head football coach, Chris Jones, recalls the level of care provided to his family after significant injuries following a major car accident in 2018, when the OCR team walked alongside them through months of healing and re-learning daily functions. care firsthand as well - both as a partner in athletics and as a patient. OCR's physicians provide sideline sports coverage at 25 high schools throughout Northern Colorado and the Front Range, including Windsor High School - an investment in care that has touched countless families. Each school also benefits from a dedicated athletic trainer on campus daily, making sure athletes are supported, protected, and set up for success. Kate Suiter is OCR’s athletic trainer for Windsor High School. An added bonus for Dr. Trumper is being able to follow young athletes on their journey to becoming professionals in their sport, knowing he and the OCR team had a part in turning their dreams into reality. Dr. Trumper and his colleagues have tended to the knee-related needs of many notable athletic figures, which makes watching these athletes in action all the more rewarding. Fixing a ligament in Seattle Seahawks’ wide

receiver Tony Horton connects Dr. Trumper to the professional football player in a unique way and has resulted in the doctor becoming a Seattle Seahawks fan. Staying up late to watch a New York Mets game because of the ACL repair done on outfielder Brandon Nimmo is a highlight for Dr. Trumper. Knowing that he’s responsible for restoring the ACL of an Eagle-turned-Avalanche player makes watching the games even more fun and interesting. Stories like these solidify OCR as a key contributor to the vitality and strength of the athletic community in Windsor and across Northern Colorado. From injury to full recovery, Dr. Trumper, his colleagues, and their many subspecialties at the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies are responsible for keeping athletes healthy and on the field. Autumn is happy to provide financial strategies for every stage of life to help create lasting solutions.

As the calendar resets, so do our financial ambitions. Whether your goals include saving more, spending wisely, or finally tackling debt, the new year offers the perfect opportunity to turn intention into action. Financial professionals from New York Life Insurance Company share strategies for every stage of life to help you create a solution that actually sticks.

START WITH A RESET

January is the ideal time to review and refresh your budget. Begin by tracking your spending for at least a month to see where your money really goes. The classic 50/30/20 rule is a good guide: 50% toward essentials, 30% for wants, and 20% for savings or debt payoff. If last year drained your reserves, rebuilding an emergency fund should top your list. Aim for three to six months of living expenses tucked away in an accessible account. Think of it as your financial safety net, ready to catch you when life surprises you. Next, review your debt strategy. Focus on paying down high-interest balances first, and consider consolidating or refinancing if it helps you save. A quick audit of your insurance policies can also prevent costly gaps in coverage, especially if your life circumstances have changed. And before you move on, check that you’re contributing enough to your retirement plan to capture your full employer match to maximize what your employer adds toward your retirement!

TAILOR YOUR STRATEGY BY LIFE STAGE

Financial strategy is not one-size-fits-all. For young professionals, the key is building momentum. Automate savings right after payday so you “pay yourself first.” Even small contributions of $50 to $200 a month build discipline and reduce the temptation to overspend. For young families, stability is the goal. Strengthen your safety net, revisit your family budget, and start saving for future education through a 529 plan. Keep your will and beneficiary designations up to date, especially after major milestones like marriage or the birth of a child. Meanwhile, pre-retirees should focus on preparation and protection. Take advantage of catch-up contributions to retirement accounts, rebalance your portfolio to reflect your timeline, and ensure your estate and long-term care solutions are current. In retirement, focus on preserving wealth, generating steady income, managing taxes, protecting against risks, simplifying finances, and preparing your legacy to ensure long-term security, stability, and peace of mind.

TURN VAGUE GOALS INTO CLEAR ACTION

Many people resolve to “save more” or “spend less,” but without a strategy, those goals quickly fade. It can

be helpful to review strategies that support these goals. Is your motivation security, freedom, family, or travel? Once the purpose is clear, make your goal measurable: how much, by when, and how often you’ll check in. Automate contributions, create separate accounts for each goal, and review progress regularly. Reframe “spend less” into “spend intentionally.” Cut what doesn’t matter to free up funds for what truly does. You may be surprised how much clarity and satisfaction comes from realigning your spending with your values.

TACKLE DEBT STRATEGICALLY

When it comes to debt, knowledge is power. Start by listing all balances, interest rates, and minimum payments. Then choose your payoff method: the avalanche approach (targeting high-interest debts first) may reduce interest costs, while the snowball method (paying off smaller balances first) builds motivation through early wins. Automate payments to stay on track and avoid late fees.

THE MINDSET THAT BUILDS WEALTH

The biggest difference between those who succeed financially and those who struggle is mindset. Money management is not a burden, it is an empowering act of choice. Successful clients focus on systems, not short-term fixes. They automate savings, stay consistent, and view money as a tool for peace and possibility - not stress. Progress isn’t about perfection, it’s about persistence. Setbacks happen, but resilience and self-awareness turn small steps into sustainable success. Financial success isn’t about luck - it often comes from consistent habits and informed decisions that help your money work over time. Confidence is built through consistency, and the more confident we are, the stronger we become, empowering us to better face life’s challenges. When it comes to fitness, every trainer has a story and a philosophy that keeps them moving through life. From new moms to triathletes, these six local trainers share what drives them, how they tailor workouts, and the truths they wish everyone knew about health and wellness.

MICHELLE TUCKER:

CHRISTA GIBSON:

Finding Strength Through Service

Progress with Purpose

Michelle Tucker’s path to personal training started with passion and purpose. What began as encouraging friends to join her on runs evolved into a mission to serve the “overlooked” - from new moms to women navigating hormonal changes and people managing chronic illness or pain. Her approach begins with observation: “Watching clients move tells me where their strengths and imbalances are,” she says. From there, she tailors programs around each client’s reallife energy, time, and goals. Michelle doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Instead, she emphasizes efficient movement, longevity, and listening to your body. As a mom of three, her own routine balances 30-45 minute sessions of strength, cardio, yoga, and stretching, proving that consistency, not perfection, is the secret to staying active for life.

For Christa Gibson, fitness began as a personal journey toward confidence and evolved into a career focused on balance and sustainability. A triathlete and coach, she blends endurance, strength, and mindfulness in every program she designs. Her philosophy is simple: start where you are, build slowly, and focus on what lasts. “Anything that promises fast results, such as extreme diets or miracle workouts, is overhyped,” she says. Instead, Christa champions strength training, proper nutrition, and recovery as the timeless foundations of health. Her triathlon training mirrors her mindset: six days a week of structured, balanced workouts paired with nutrient-dense eating, hydration, and rest. “Consistency matters most,” she says - a message her clients carry beyond the gym. KEVIN HINKLE:

ZACH LEWIS:

Confidence Through Connection

Building Strength for Life

Kevin Hinkle became a trainer to help others discover the confidence and strength they already possess. He adapts his coaching style to each individual, meeting clients where they are physically and mentally. His philosophy reflects the evolving definition of wellness: “Today’s fitness is about balance - combining movement, nutrition, and mindfulness for long-term results,” he says. For Kevin, sustainable fitness means progress without pressure and strength that extends beyond the gym.

Zach Lewis’s love of movement began outdoors on skis and mountain trails. Now, as a trainer, he channels that same energy into helping clients build resilience, both physical and mental. His programs focus on personalized strength training rooted in functional movement and mindset development. “Every client has a unique combination of strengths and challenges,” Zach explains. “Training should empower them to use what they have to overcome what they face.” He’s skeptical of supplement fads, noting that “a balanced diet with enough protein goes further than any miracle powder.” Zach’s own routine - a daily stretch followed by focused weight training four days a week, proves that steady, mindful effort drives the best results.

BRIANNA JONES:

STEPHANIE FURROW:

Joy in the Journey

Strength Over Speed

For Brianna Jones, fitness is more than movement, it’s connection. From her first yoga and weightlifting classes in high school to teaching group fitness today, she’s witnessed how exercise uplifts both body and mind. Her advice? Don’t chase trends - chase what makes you feel good. “Anything extreme that claims to be the only way to reach your goals is a red flag,” she says. Brianna champions balance: lifting weights with intention, staying consistent, and enjoying the process. Her weekly routine of weightlifting, HIGH Fitness, yoga, and long walks, reflects her practical philosophy. “People make time for what matters most,” she says, encouraging others to view fitness as a joyful, lifelong habit, not a temporary fix.

A former preschool teacher turned fitness coach, Stephanie Furrow found her calling when she began leading outdoor workouts for moms. Her supportive, educational approach starts with one-on-one consultations to understand each client’s goals, limitations, and lifestyle. She’s quick to debunk old myths: “You don’t need endless cardio to lose fat,” she explains. “Strength training is crucial, especially as we age.” Stephanie focuses on efficiency and consistency, reminding clients that shorter, smarter workouts often yield faster progress. Her own lifestyle is a model of balance: 4–5 weekly workouts, protein-focused meals, daily walks, and plenty of hydration. “The key is to move daily, eat well, and enjoy life’s small indulgences in moderation,” she says. THE TAKEAWAY Each of these trainers shares a different story, but their message is universal: fitness should empower, not exhaust. Whether it’s finding five minutes to stretch or training for a triathlon, success comes from showing up consistently, listening to your body, and finding joy in the movement that works for you! Start the New Year off right by discovering your personal fitness journey at Windsor Community Recreation Center! Advanced 3D imaging helps Dr. Arielle uncover root causes, not just symptoms—bringing clarity and confidence to every patient visit.

The Smile Garden’s comfort menu adds a spa-like touch to dentistry, featuring soothing products sourced from local Windsor makers.

“HOLISTIC TO ME MEANS NOT THINKING OF THE MOUTH AS SEPARATE FROM THE REST OF THE BODY. IF THE MOUTH IS UNHEALTHY, SOMETHING ELSE IS USUALLY CONTRIBUTING.” - DR. ARIELLE GARFINKLE, DMD As the New Year inspires fresh beginnings and renewed commitment to health, one Windsor practice is reshaping how patients experience dentistry. The Smile Garden, founded by Dr. Arielle Garfinkle, DMD, blends whole-body wellness, advanced technology, and genuine human connection to create a dental experience that feels grounded, thoughtful, and deeply personal. After ten years in practice, Dr. Arielle recognized a clear vision for the kind of environment she wanted to build. She had seen the impact of rushed appointments and unexplained procedures, but also the profound difference it makes when patients feel heard. “I learned the value of creating real relationships with patients,” she shares. “I wanted to create a space where people felt safe and listened to, where we take the time to explain the ‘why’ behind treatment recommendations.” That philosophy guides every aspect of The Smile Garden. Patients are shown exactly what’s happening in their mouths and how treatment decisions are made, replacing confusion with confidence. Education is central, empowering individuals to take ownership of their health.

For Dr. Arielle “holistic” dentistry isn’t a trend, it’s a scientific, integrative approach to care. “Holistic to me means not thinking of the mouth as separate from the rest of the body,” she explains. “If the mouth is unhealthy, something else is usually contributing.” In addition to creating a spa-like atmosphere with private treatment rooms and a generous menu of comfort items including cooling eye gel pads, hydrating face mist, moisturizing lip scrub, and cuticle cream sourced from local Windsor business Monarch Trail Soap Company, The Smile Garden enhances every new-patient visit with a comprehensive 3D scan. This advanced imaging captures the teeth, jaw, and skull to reveal potential infections, structural concerns, or airway issues related to sleep health. By examining oral health within a whole-body context, Dr. Arielle can understand why disease is occurring rather than simply treating symptoms in isolation. Identifying systemic contributors early allows patients to prevent deeper health issues from developing.

HOLISTIC DENTISTRY, ROOTED IN WHOLE-BODY UNDERSTANDING

surgical procedures, extractions, and implant placement and restoration - and she continues to expand her training to provide innovative options for saving and replacing teeth. The practice is also evolving into a collaborative wellness space. In January 2026, Dr. Arielle’s husband, Isaac Garfinkle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and experienced family therapist will open Head First Therapy, a private practice offering individual and family counseling services with a special focus on treating and managing symptoms of ADHD. The Smile Garden also plans to host community events with outside practitioners. Throughout the year, a visiting plastic surgeon will provide services including mole, lump, and bump removal. To support patients without dental insurance, The Smile Garden offers two membership plans. After a new-patient exam, individuals are placed into either the Healthy Gum Plan, which includes exams, X-rays, and cleanings plus discounted treatment, or the Periodontal Plan, which includes deep cleanings, maintenance visits, and full treatment discounts for those with active gum disease.

THE ONE WELLNESS HABIT DR. ARIELLE WISHES EVERYONE WOULD ADOPT

When asked which oral-health habit matters most for whole-body wellness, her answer is emphatic: flossing. “Gum health is crucial,” she explains. The harmful bacteria that cause inflammation in the mouth don’t stay there. They are swallowed, affecting the digestive system, and can enter the bloodstream, where they have been linked to heart disease and even Alzheimer’s. “It’s all connected,” she says. “Flossing is a small habit with big, whole-body benefits.”

DISCOVER YOUR PATHWAY TO BETTER OVERALL HEALTH

At The Smile Garden, patients are welcomed as whole people, not just sets of teeth. Dr. Arielle has created a practice rooted in relationships, transparency, and long-term wellness, and is a place where dentistry becomes a pathway to better overall health.
