NOVEMBER 2016

I

drive all over this fine town of ours and I am always surprised by all of the new shops and restaurants that keep popping up in the most unexpected places. The new Waterside Addition was my sneaky way home when I was late for curfew. I could fly down Bryant Irvin and make it into my driveway on Westridge in minutes. That is not so much the case now. Love it or hate it, the traffic on Bryant Irvin is progress done exceptionally well.

The brick and mortar heroes I get to meet each day are a huge part of what makes Fort Worth special. These wonderful people bring their own uniqueness to this town and in my opinion that is the spice of life. My husband and I took a leap of faith 3 years ago and started our own special brand of small business and that is why we feel such a kinship to this amazing group. I love that I am constantly surprised by this city of ours and we will continue to share what we find along the way.

Light Up the Holidays HOLIDAY SHINE'S LIGHTING PROFESSIONALS TAKE THE HASSLE OUT OF HOLIDAY DECOR. ARTICLE DOUGLAS MATUS PHOTOGRAPHY ANN BECK

A

s the days get shorter, and the temperatures – finally – begin to drop, a Texan’s mood shifts to contented thoughts of the holidays. In the latter part of the year, we all hew a little closer to home, and value the pleasures of a family all the more than usual. In the absence of visual cues, such as snow, or the steady rise of smoke from chimneys, we place all the more importance on decorations to herald the season. A showpiece Christmas tree gets a place of honor in the front window, for example; or elaborate scenes of the nativity or inflatable snowmen get erected on front lawns. Of course, surrounding all of this with a merry luminescence are the lights: those twinkling signifiers of winter, steady reminders of the oncoming New Year, and heralds of Thanksgiving and Christmas. It seems as if every year, Christmas lights get strung a little earlier, in more extravagant and intricate arrangements. The reason for this is simple: everyone loves the holidays, and the day when the lights get hung and the tree decorated signals the commencement of a favorite part of the year. The esteem for Christmas lights must be profound, when you consider the investment in time and energy – both electrical and physical – they necessitate. And – lets face it – for every flawless arrangement that transforms a home into a winter wonderland, there’s a sad failure that results in sprained backs and broken bulbs. Thankfully, it’s possible to enjoy all the magic of a flawless display with none of the hassle. Holiday Shine, Fort Worth’s leader for outdoor lighting, has helped make neighborhoods merry for the past seven years. Owner Scott Yarbrough brings an expert touch not only to issues of power and installation, but also to arrangement. The quality of his service – not to mention the striking impact of the finished products – has contributed to Holiday Shine’s explosive growth. “We’ve grown exponentially since our first year,” says Scott. “Our numbers double on top of themselves every season. It’s been fantastic.”

“IF YOU WEAR IT, WE CLEAN IT!”

If you’ve seen a Fort Worth home with a jaw-dropping holiday display, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Holiday Shine’s work. The company’s professionalism and ability to handle any job, large or small, leads to repeat customers and prominent contracts. “We’ve done jobs from $300 to $50,000. Last year, we did the first annual Winter Fest for Alcon Laboratories,” says Scott. “We installed over 3,000 glass balls in their trees, 70,000 LED lights, and 1,000 feet of lit garland.” Most homeowner’s needs won’t extend to 70,000 LED lights; but the size of the project does nothing to diminish the enthusiasm of Scott and his team. A full range of services includes indoor and outdoor holiday decorations, landscape and accent lighting, and event lighting for weddings and parties. Though Holiday Shine will use the holiday decorations you already own, many customers prefer to buy decorations as part of the service. An initial investment brings quality lighting you can use year after year, with a selection customized to meet your needs and holiday wishes. “If we provide the lighting, it’s commercial grade and comes with a two-year guarantee,” says Scott. “When we come back, the price on the installation goes down, since you’ve already bought the lighting. We’ll see customers expand their display each year, and eventually build to what I call the ‘Griswold Package’.” It’s hard to argue the wisdom of throwing away money on cheap, disposable lights, then suffering through installation yourself to create a mediocre display. An inventive, impressive display requires not only lots of manual labor, but also vision, creativity, and technical know-how. “Power issues account for a lot of the mistakes that homeowners make when they decorate on their own,” says Scott. “The longer lengths you run lights, the more power you have to pull. You also need the right accessories to make a clean install.” Holiday Shine helps with the layout and design of holiday displays, with Scott approaching each home as a unique challenge. Individual projects get a line-item proposal, with various decorating options and a price for each. Customers then pick those they want to create the perfect holiday display for their budgets. To see examples of Holiday Shine’s projects, simply treat yourself to a tour of the holiday lights around Rivercrest and Monticello. or an alien observer of American customs, Turkey Trots would appear as a contradictory phenomenon. Around the country, every year on Thanksgiving, thousands upon thousands of runners lace up their sneakers and hit the pavement. These events typically benefit charities and act as extensions of the joys associated with the holiday. Turkey Trots vary in “seriousness” and competitive context, but all serve as warm-ups for the day’s real business: the epic meal. The powers that be may as well make charity runs an official part of Thanksgiving. If you don’t agree, just consider some numbers. In 2013, Running USA released a study that revealed Thanksgiving as the single most popular day of the year to run a race. In that year, nearly 900,000 people competed in Turkey Trots somewhere in the country, a number more than double that of the last study in 2008. To put that into context, the second-most popular day of the year for running, the Fourth of July, only nets about 250,000 runners. Though it can seem strange to run a race on a day associated with relaxation and food, it actually makes perfect sense: in order to best enjoy a sumptuous spread, one must work up an appetite. Among all the Turkey Trots in all the cities of America, few enjoy the history and communal enthusiasm of Fort Worth’s very own. If you’ve never participated in a Turkey Trot, then you’re in for a treat: the Moritz Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot, held this November 24th for its 35th consecutive year, offers a rare display of community spirit and fun for an exceptional cause. “The Turkey Trot is our annual Thanksgiving Day race, where all the proceeds go back into the community,” says Chris Butler, vice president of operations for YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. “The event itself is electric, and to come out and share something with 13,000 people is pretty incredible.” The Moritz Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot forms a major component of Fort Worth’s holiday traditions, for participants and non-participants alike. The day of the race takes on a festival atmosphere, with participants dressed in costumes, teams and families in matching outfits, and onlookers with lawn chairs out to enjoy the spectacle. “It’s a very fun, family-centered event,” says Chris. “We’ll have people dressed in costumes: pilgrims, superheroes, and last year we had a crew of Angry Birds. For a lot of people, the Thanksgiving tradition is to sit and cheer the runners on.” An ideal event for runners and non-runners alike, the Moritz Fort Worth CONTINUED >

THE TURKEY TROT TRADITION

”

YMCA Turkey Trot puts the emphasis on community, rather than competition. Walkers can enjoy the “race” just as much as runners, and benefit the community while enjoying fresh air and a little exercise before the holiday meal. If you need any more convincing, consider the noble beneficiary behind the event: the YMCA scholarship program, which provides the needy with access to the Y’s services and programs. “Our scholarship program allows us to work with folks in the community who might not be in a position to afford our after school program, or swim lessons, or health and wellness programs,” says Chris. “Thanks to the race, we’re able to provide them with financial assistance to get access to our programs and facilities.” The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth has 13 branch locations around the city, in addition to a resident camp and sports complex. The mission of the organization is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirits, minds, and bodies, and work to prepare today’s young people to successfully serve their communities. “We do quite a bit in the community,” says Chris. “Some of the obvious things are our youth sports programs, and other health and wellness programs. We also offer day camps and school age childcare programs, and for middle and high school students, a youth in government program.” Though many people associate the YMCA primarily with youth programs, the organization actually serves a broad swath of the population. 22

West FW Lifestyle | November 2016

“We work a lot with active older adults, and have large senior groups in our facilities,” says Chris. “We also have a LiveStrong program that works with cancer survivors, and a diabetes-prevention program. Every YMCA location tries to meet the unique needs of its community.” Just like Thanksgiving dinner, there’s something for everyone at the Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot. The event actually consists of three different races of varying lengths, so participants can choose the course that’s best for them. The 1K Gobbler Trot is a fun run that’s appropriate for any age. Parents who register for a longer race can accompany their children on the Gobbler Trot for free. An untimed event, the Gobbler Trot costs $20 per preregistered participant, and starts at 8 AM. The two timed events, the 10K and 5K, start at 8:15 and 8:30 AM, respectively. Those who wish to be chip timed for the event pay a small additional fee, and competitive runners begin at the head of the start corral. Walkers are welcome in all events, though they begin at the rear of the pack to give ample room to race competitors. Want some company? For $11, participants are welcome to bring their leashed dogs along for the fun. The preregistration cost for the timed events begins at $26 for an individual rate that expires on November 6th. The rate increases in the approach to Thanksgiving, with all races costing $36 for day-of registration. All three courses begin on Camp Bowie at the Westridge intersection. Registered

participants can pick up their packets ahead of time at Luke’s Locker locations in Fort Worth and Southlake. To register online, view course maps, or learn more about the event, visit www.fwtrot.org. The day of the event, come prepared for a spectacle. In addition to the entertainment provided by enthusiastic participants, runners can enjoy live music from the Steve Hill Trio. To encourage a festive start to your family’s holiday, sign the whole crew up as a team. Every participant adds to the fun, and helps the YMCA better serve Fort Worth. “We always seem to give out more money than we raise,” says Chris. “This year, we’d like to raise $350,000 to $400,000 for our scholarship programs. When you register, you also have the ability to donate a little extra. If every registered person donates a dollar, that becomes a significant amount of money.” Aside from helping the community, participation in the Turkey Trot comes with some added benefits. After all, if you’ve just run a 5K or 10K, no one will question your second or third helping at dinner. For a holiday meant to celebrate togetherness, there’s really no better way to celebrate. “We’re very fortunate to have a great relationship with the city, and to be a part of so many people’s holiday celebrations,” says Chris. “Our sponsors, volunteers, and the community have made the Turkey Trot a great tradition. Just to come out, see all the people, and feel all the energy -- it’s a great event.”

ADRIAN WRIGHT'S DESIGN EXPERTISE GETS ITS FULL EXPRESSION BETWEEN TWO CAMP BOWIE SHOPS. ARTICLE DOUGLAS MATUS | PHOTOGRAPHY ANN BECK

F

or almost 30 years, Adrian Wright has helped North Texans transform their homes into expressions of personal style. Over the years, he has seen local tastes evolve to keep pace with growth: as North Texas, and especially Fort Worth, have become more urban and culturally “hip”, homeowners have slowly broken away from traditional styles of decor. “It used to be where everybody wanted Old World,” says Adrian, in describing the traditionally favored heavy furniture and dark woods. “Now it’s much more diverse. You have a lot of people who want to mix the contemporary with the traditional.” In 2001, having developed his Fort Worth clientele, Adrian saw that the time was right to create his own vision for a design and home furnishings business. In 2002, the doors opened on Wright at Home, currently located at 4818 Camp Bowie Boulevard. Sophisticated and clean, Wright at Home nails a transitional aesthetic that marries contemporary finishes, materials, furniture, and fabrics with timeless, classic designs. Straight lines provide a touch of elegance, while rounded profiles invite relaxation and ease. “With Wright at Home, I try to keep things clean and appealing to a broad spectrum of clients,” says Adrian. “We have that traditional element that people want, but also a little edge and a casual elegance.” While some local purveyors of home décor emphasize staid designs, Wright at Home keeps things fresh. As the exclusive

24

local retailer for Pillow Bar and Peacock Alley, Wright at Home also allows customers to bring stylish comfort into the bedroom. With Wright at Home, Adrian established himself as one of North Texas’s premier authorities on transitional home décor. His second boutique, Wrare, presents bold furnishings that do credit to Adrian’s unique vision. Open now at 4824 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Wrare offers a singular assortment of furniture, gifts, and home accents. If you’ve ever found yourself enamored of the steampunk look – a chic amalgamation of Victorian, industrial, gothic, and contemporary design – then Wrare is right up your alley. Unique and artfully authentic, much of Wrare’s originality comes from Adrian’s partnership with artisan designers. “There’s nothing else like Wrare in Fort Worth, and it has a lot to do with the artisans,” says Adrian. “Many of the pieces are one-of-a-kind, and you won’t find anything similar anywhere else.” This distinct, inventive emphasis on handcrafted pieces gets supplemented with choice vintage objects and tasteful reproductions. If a primary goal for your home is to reflect a personalized, artistic sensibility, you can trust the exclusivity of Wrare’s offerings. “We have a lamp artisan whose creations are all unique, for example,” says Adrian. “We offer a very distinctive vibe, in that sense. We also have objects with a very vintage look and feel, but with better pricing – you get a great look at a good value.”

Wrare’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/WRARE) presents a rotating gallery that highlights the store’s aesthetic, along with pics of new items, and announcements for deals and special events. The page’s inspiration for would-be home decorators comes free – though you’ll likely find yourself visiting the shop to buy that special item that catches your eye. If you like what Wrare and Wright at Home have to offer, but want to leave nothing to chance, you can enlist Adrian’s design services. The differing presentations of each business encapsulate the varied tendencies that get navigated with interior design. In shared households, one partner may have an avowed love of the traditional; the other may yearn for the simplicity of contemporary design. “Both stores offer design services, and both have their own clientele,” says Adrian. “The clients who like Wrare want their homes and businesses to have that unique flair. Wright at Home is more the traditional, to transitional and contemporary look. Sometimes people are on the same page, and sometimes not; but we find a happy medium that both can live with.”

As for the success of his businesses, Adrian credits his employees and the discerning tastes of his eclectic Fort Worth clientele. As the

city has changed, Adrian Wright has kept pace with an adaptive décor that never skimps on comfort or style. “Years ago, the look of Wrare would not have had such success,” says Adrian. “But as Fort Worth has become more progressive, people see things that are totally different that they want to experience. One of the best compliments that I hear, in either store, is when someone walks in and says ‘I want my house to look just like this.’ That’s affirmation that I’m doing something right.”

Toys Along the Boulevard A CAMP BOWIE CHRISTMAS RETURNS TO SPREAD GOODWILL AND CHEER THROUGHOUT WEST FORT WORTH. ARTICLE DOUGLAS MATUS

I

n years past, A Camp Bowie Christmas stood as one of Fort Worth’s proudest holiday traditions. On the day of the event, held in mid-December, the famed brick-lined thoroughfare became a proxy North Pole, with displays, special performances, holiday treats from local vendors, and public readings of holiday classics. Santa Claus himself would even put in regular appearances, to pose for photos and make himself available for gift requests. The event traditionally benefited Toys for Tots, and revelers would share in the spirit of giving through the donation of unwrapped gifts for needy children. In the last couple years, the spirit of Camp Bowie Christmas has lagged somewhat from its heyday of 2011-2013. This December, however, the tradition will reclaim its prominence, as local business owners and the Camp Bowie District team with Toys for Tots for another seasonal celebration. “Camp Bowie Christmas is an important tradition here in Fort Worth,” says Jenifer Reiner, president of Camp Bowie District. “Everyone wants it to continue, especially the partnership with Toys for Tots.” The Christmas season seems to arrive a little sooner every year. To keep pace, the 2016 A Camp Bowie Christmas gets started a little earlier than normal. This year’s kick-off will occur during the Moritz Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot on November 26th. 26

West FW Lifestyle | November 2016

To provide yet another reason to participate in the laudable race, the Camp Bowie District will host a booth from 6 AM to 11 AM. The booth, staffed with United States Marines, will accept new, unwrapped toys for donation to Toys for Tots. After the kick-off event, Camp Bowie District’s Toys for Tots drive continues through December 11th at participating businesses. Anytime within that two-week period, you can grab a toy for donation, patronize a participating business, and support both the children of your community and the independent entrepreneurs that make west Fort Worth special. “An event like this falls directly in line with our mission of business advocacy and support for the greater community through Toys for Tots,” says Jenifer. “We currently have a total of 14 participating businesses, with the possibility to add more.” Along the nine miles that comprise the Camp Bowie District – from Montgomery Avenue to Loop 820 – those who wish to support Toys for Tots will find a wealth of community-minded businesses hosting drop-offs. Locations will be identified at www.campbowiedistrict.com prior to Thanksgiving. Between University Drive and Interstate 30, you can deposit your toys at any of the following places: Buffalo West 7101 Camp Bowie Blvd.; Bliss Bridal at 4624 Camp Bowie; Kincaid’s

Hamburgers at 4901 Camp Bowie; The Gingerman at 3716 Camp Bowie; V Fine Homes at 3535 W 7th St; and Winslow’s Wine Café at 4101 Camp Bowie. A little farther along the boulevard, businesses accepting toys for children include A Piece of Work at 5714 Locke Avenue; Capital Title at 6115 Camp Bowie, Ste 144; Gordon Boswell Flowers at 6202 Camp Bowie; and Origin Bank at 5800 Camp Bowie, Ste. 100. The more you travel out along Camp Bowie does nothing to diminish the holiday spirit of local businesses. Between Wellington Road and Loop 820, the following businesses have pledged their services as drop-off locations: Nissan at 3451 West Loop 820 South; Cendera Center at 3600 Benbrook Highway; Buffalo West at 7101 Camp Bowie West; and Jasper McDonald’s office at 3505 Reagan Drive. If you want to give a little back this year, the partnership between Camp Bowie District businesses and Toys for Tots provides an excellent opportunity to support two stellar organizations. The DFW Metroplex division of Toys for Tots offers toys and events to benefit underprivileged children in our community. An effort of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Toys for Tots plays an active role in nurturing the growth of productive, responsible, and patriotic young people. It may just seem like a toy; but in reality, for less fortunate children, the gifts they receive serve as messages of joy and hope. Camp Bowie District, Inc. itself is a non-profit organization which works to advocate local businesses, manage public resources, and beautify the historic boulevard that serves as Fort Worth’s heart and soul. Few initiatives embody these efforts more clearly than the intersection between charity, community, and business displayed through the Camp Bowie Christmas Toys for Tots drive. “Everybody – residents, neighbors, and businesses – wants to be part of something bigger than them,” says Jenifer. “To support our community, as well as donate and improve things outside of our immediate area: that’s what this effort is all about.”

DESTINATION FOR

PHENIX SALON AND SUITES HAS EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN A SALON -- AND MUCH MORE.

ARTICLE DOUGLAS MATUS | PHOTOGRAPHY ANN BECK

P

henix Salon Suites, newly open in west Fort Worth at 6201 Sunset Drive, Suite 650, brings a hitherto unseen selection of salon services combined in a single location. The first Phenix Salon, opened by company founder Gina Rivera in 2003, quickly evolved into the salon suite concept seen throughout the company’s franchised locations. The success of the brand – which has grown to 100 locations in the seven years since expansion began – speaks volumes about the quality and appeal of the Phenix concept. The lure of Phenix Salon Suites, for both the customers they serve and industry professionals they host, is rooted in the originality of the design. Each location offers spacious and luxurious suites for independent salon professionals. Unlike at traditional salons, Phenix allows professionals and clients alike to enjoy the cozy intimacy of a spa-like setting. The ambiance emphasizes comfort and luxury, with stylists located within private suites with all the equipment of a fully outfitted salon. To learn more about this new choice for beauty treatments, we spoke to two professionals now based at the Fort Worth location. Aesthetician Rachel Cohen holds a bachelor’s in human services and sociology, and went into the skincare industry after the birth of her three children. Her approach emphasizes a partnership with clients, in which she works to develop a skincare regimen that best serves individual needs. Stylist Cynthia Hodges has nearly 20 years of experience in the salon industry. Her background includes 10 years at Moda, an Aveda salon where she served as manager and industry educator.

As a professional engaged at Phenix Salon Suites, what sets it apart from other salons? Cynthia: We have everything here. We have people who do makeup, pedicures, manicures, facials, and we each have our own individual suites. The salon as a whole offers anything a client could want, and we all work together. We also have great owners who care about our success, and provide us with the tools we need and a beautiful place to work. Rachel: At Phenix, we’re encouraged to create what we feel strongly about, be our own businesses, and forge strong relationships with clients. For the last 16 years, I’ve been independent; but I’ve never had the ability to grow and service customers in the way I can here. We’re each surrounded by other professionals whose best interests align with those of clients. The salon itself provides easy accessibility and a beautiful location. What’s the background of the Fort Worth location? Rachel: Our owners opened the location for business in August. When I came and met them, their excitement and energy were infectious. It got me excited to see owners who obviously cared so much, and who want everyone to have a share in the success of the business. To have salon owners invested in your development, it makes a big difference. They have a sense of ethics and morals you sometimes don’t see in a lot of businesses these days, which to me is very important. 28

It allows me to devote all of my energy to my clients and the other people around me. What are some of the differences customers might notice from other area salons? Cynthia: We’re in a fantastic location, centrally located with easy access to a lot of areas. Everyone here, from the stylists and aestheticians to the massage people, has worked elsewhere and developed a large enough clientele to go out on their own. This says a lot about the talent we have here, and the level of professionalism. The facilities are very clean, everything is new – I certainly know I like it here. Rachel: As soon as you walk in, you appreciate the professional environment. It’s not loud, with stylists talking over blow dryers. We offer a more intimate setting, more personalized and focused on whatever services you’re there to receive. Though we all come from different backgrounds, we all came to Phenix for the same reason, which makes it easy for the group to serve clients in the best possible way. There’s a universally strong work ethic that places the customers first. To learn more about the unique Phenix Salon Suites concept, visit them online at www.phenixsalonsuites.com. To explore everything that the Fort Worth location has to offer, stop by or give them a call at 469-629-8074. Parting Thoughts

Parting Thoughts THANKSGIVING: AFFIRMING OUR THANKFULNESS

W

e have come a long way since the year 1621, when Pilgrims celebrated their first harvest in the New World. Writings recount a three-day feast and sharing the table with Native Americans who populated the area. They were all bringing their various crops, and the recordings describe tables of wild fowl and venison served with a corn mush and stewed pumpkin. Fast forward to today, and so many of those tried-and-true traditions continue. In my family, we carry forth our own homespun style. Thanksgiving is a celebration of heartfelt gratitude. First and foremost, it is a wonderful day when everyone is cheerfully gathered together. And, since I adore cooking, it is quite special. The menu is filled with so many delicious treats and cherished favorites, with thick, heavenly gravy drizzled over just about everything. Like many foodies, my mailbox is filled with cooking magazines chalk-full of creative recipes offering a new twist on an old favorite. And yes, I try them. I love to experiment. However, over the years, I have come to the realization that my family does not want any of this. Forget the ratatouille casserole to replace the haricot vert (green beans) smothered in butter and dancing with slivers of almonds. Say ‘no’ to the shaved truffles delicately adorning my homemade mashed potatoes. And, a flat-out “no way Mom” was heard for miles to the mere thought of a deep-fried turkey. I am becoming a better listener. Let it be. We want it…the old-fashioned way. Authentic. And, so it shall be. The table is set weeks ahead, and I often wonder why I did not do this years ago when I was working full-time. It just makes perfect sense. The décor is filled with acorns, pumpkins, multi-colored husks of corn, and fall leaves in hues of rich orange and earth tones. Our fancy gold-trimmed china is placed upon burgundy brocade place settings, and silk napkins are the order of this day. A bevy of glassware stand at attention, all announcing the event is near. 34

Thank goodness for my “count-down” list, which assures me some tiny measure of success. Two weeks out I order the free-range turkey. Then, an outing to sample wines, as we make our holiday selections. Then, shopping begins in earnest. On the Monday prior to Thanksgiving, I begin sautéing the onions, celery and cooking the sausage for the stuffing. Using a recipe written in my mother’s hand is a warm reminder of her presence with me in the kitchen. The white wine is chilled, and the red wine is stationed at the bar. The day prior is a day filled with activity–from steaming the vegetables, assembling the stuffing and baking the pies. On Thursday, we are up early to retrieve the turkey and prepare it for baking. A mountain of potatoes are waiting, and that means some quality time with my son, as we briskly peel away, chatting about everything and anything. The smell of the turkey wafting through the house has us spellbound. And, after resting, it is sliced to perfection. In recent years, I will admit to one big cheat. I have resorted to purchasing my gravy ahead of time. I would pay anything for those containers of goodness that save me a half hour I do not have. I pour the golden brown sauce into a pan and discard the plastic containers (which I call evidence). As everyone arrives for dinner, the laughter quickly fills the room, and football chants can be heard downstairs. It is all good and wonderful to be together again. As the host, I place a stone at one person’s place setting. The stone represents the earth and harvest. This year it will be my nephew who will lead the conversation on what he is thankful for. He is a Newport Beach Police Officer, and recently announced his engagement. So, he has lots of things to share. Then, he will pass it to the next person, and, one by one, we will learn something new about each other and affirm our thankfulness on this very special day. Dinner will be proudly served.
