A SCULPTURE TRAIL GRAND OPENING FESTIVAL at Laurelwood Arboretum The grand opening festival and fundraiser for A Sculpture Trail took place on September 18th & 19th. The events were a huge success and included docent-led tours, performance artists, food trucks, and live music. Proceeds from sculpture sales, sponsorships, and a digital ad journal will be applied to the development of education programs and a capital improvement project for Laurelwood Arboretum. RECIPE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add olive oil to your Dutch oven and bring to a medium heat. Brown the chicken on all sides. Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic and add to the pan. Stir to incorporate. Add 1/2 cup of white wine (I used the Bota Box pinot grigio I already had open) and deglaze the pan. Add 1/2 cup of water and + 3 chicken breasts
