SARAH EASLEY REINVENTS THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH CURATED FASHION EVENTS, GLOBAL INSPIRATION, AND A DEEPLY PERSONAL APPROACH TO STYLE AND DISCOVERY.
In a world of digital checkouts, Maison Marché offers something refreshingly human: an intimate, highly curated shopping experience rooted in discovery, connection, and style. Founded by Sarah Easley—an industry tastemaker and self-described “serial entrepreneur”—Maison Marché has become a go-to for women who want fashion that feels personal, inspired, and just a bit daring. Easley’s fashion legacy runs deep. She spent 17 years building Kirna Zabête, the iconic luxury boutique in Soho she co-founded and eventually sold in 2017. It was there she established her reputation for discovering emerging designers before anyone else and shaping the wardrobes of style insiders with impeccable taste. After stepping away from that chapter, Easley began to reimagine what retail could look like in a new era. “I am always trying to reinvent retail and pioneer a new space” she explains. “I love discovering brands and making them relevant to my sophisticated clientele. I also love to stretch their fashion a little bit.” What emerged was Maison Marché, French for “house market”—a mobile, multi-brand trunk show that turns elegant homes into stylish boutiques. These pop-ups are far from the dated, dusty trunk shows of the past. Each event features 15–20 carefully selected brands and is designed to feel like a moment of discovery. “That’s 15–20 reasons to come and try,” Easley says. “Our clients come to us to discover these brands and we help style them. They want to buy three to five things and learn how to pair them with what they already have in their closet. It’s about brand knowledge, styling tips—truly personalized shopping. We’ve perfected trunk shows. It’s like opening a new store every single day.” These temporary boutiques unfold inside real homes, meaning the setting is layered with authenticity. "We're setting up in someone's living room, next to their art, their dog, their child coming in from school—it’s real life. And that’s what makes it special,” CONTINUED >

Easley notes. Unlike a sterile store or an online interface, each pop-up becomes a living, breathing showcase for fashion in the context of real women’s lives. This idea of fashion as connection—not just consumption—has earned Maison Marché mentions in Vogue, Women’s Wear Daily, Forbes, InStyle, and beyond. But more importantly, it’s cultivated a devoted clientele that returns again and again not only for the clothes but for the experience. Whether introducing romantic dresses from Latin America or chic hand beaded jewelry, every brand is selected to bring something new to the table without overlapping in aesthetic. Easley’s taste, honed by decades of experience, is one of Maison Marché’s greatest assets. She finds deep creative inspiration in the textures, colors, and craftsmanship of places like Cartagena, Mexico City, Marrakesh, and Paris. “I go to these places to see my designers, meet new ones, and just take it all in,” she says. These global influences are reflected in the offerings at Maison Marché—timeless yet exciting, refined yet spirited. Her latest evolution? Voyages. Launching soon, this new arm of Maison Marché will take small groups of clients on curated trips to cities around the world—Paris, Marrakesh, Mexico City—where they’ll meet designers in their studios, shop one-of-a-kind pieces, and immerse themselves in local style and culture. “It’s what I’m most excited about,” Easley says. “It brings everything I love— travel, discovery, connection—into one incredible experience.” Even when she’s not hosting a fête or globe-trotting, Easley stays connected to her clients through the Maison Marché Journal, where she shares styling tips, brand spotlights, and seasonal reflections. Whether writing about her own “high summer” style philosophy or highlighting brands like Alessandra Petersen, her voice is always warm, knowledgeable, and just a little playful. At its core, Maison Marché is about celebrating the thrill of discovery and the joy of style. It’s not about trends for trends’ sake— it’s about helping women feel confident, expressive, and just a little more themselves. Easley has created not just a business, but a lifestyle—one where every piece has a story, and every purchase feels like a personal triumph. In an age of algorithms and one-click convenience, Maison Marché reminds us that the best fashion moments happen in real life—with a friend, in a living room, while sipping something cold, surrounded by clothes that make you feel something. And thanks to Sarah Easley’s vision, that kind of magic is always just a fête away. Want to be the first to know about upcoming Maison Marché events and insider opportunities? Join the mailing list at maisonmarche.com to receive curated updates, event invites, and style inspiration straight from Sarah Easley and her team. Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bites
These Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bites are made with a small amount of added sugar and primarily get their slightly sweet taste from fruit sources like apple, applesauce and dates – which also add gut-healthy and filling fiber! They’re the perfect makeahead bite for a quick breakfast and they make a great addition to school lunches – plus, they’re nut and peanut free! Your kids (and you!) will love the cakey texture and the warm fall flavors, like apple, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and dried cranberries – and you’ll love that they don’t contain a ton of added sugar. Pair with a large dollop of Greek yogurt, a dash of cinnamon and some fruit for a balanced breakfast or enjoy as a mid-day snack with tea or coffee.

INGREDIENTS ( Y IE L D S 12 MUF F IN S) D RY:
• 1 C all purpose flour • 1 ¾ C rolled oats, divided into 1 C ground (or can use oat flour made with oats as the only ingredient) + ½ C whole + additional ¼ C whole, reserved for topping • ½ C brown sugar, tightly packed • 1 ½ tsp baking powder • 2 ½ tsp ground cinnamon • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice • ½ tsp kosher salt • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed • 1 apple, grated or finely chopped • ½ C dried cranberries
W E T: • • • • • •
2 large eggs ½ C avocado oil or canola oil ¼ plain, whole milk Greek yogurt 1/3 C whole milk ½ C applesauce, unsweetened 18 pitted, dried dates soaked in a bowl of water + 3 Tbsp water reserved from the soaked dates (yields ½ C date paste when pureed) • 2 tsp vanilla extract • Nonstick cooking spray
DIRECTIONS 1. Place dates in a medium sized bowl and cover completely with cold water. Set aside. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 3. Make the oat flour by grinding 1 C rolled oats in a mini food processor until finely ground. Alternatively, you can use oat flour. Transfer oat flour to a small bowl and replace mini food processor to use in the next step. CONTINUED >

4. Reserve 3 Tbsp of the water from the bowl of soaked dates. Make the date paste by placing the soaked dates in the same mini food processor with the 3 Tbsp of the water from the bowl of soaked dates. Wait to discard water until you make the date paste in case you need to add a drop more to thin out the paste. Grind the dates with the added water until a paste forms. Paste does not need to be perfectly smooth. Set aside. 5. Add all purpose flour, 1 C ground rolled oats (or oat flour), baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, kosher salt and ground flaxseed in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together and set aside. 6. Crack eggs in a separate large mixing bowl and whisk together. Add brown sugar and all wet ingredients (avocado oil, Greek yogurt, milk, applesauce, date paste and vanilla extract). Whisk together until well combined. 7. Transfer wet ingredients to large bowl with dry ingredients. Mix together with a rubber spatula until ingredients are just combined. Be careful not to over mix – overmixing will result in dense muffins. Add in grated apple and dried cranberries and mix until just combined. 8. Line a 12-muffin tin with muffin/cupcake liners and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Use a spoon to completely fill each muffin tin. Make sure to use all of the batter – each muffin tin will be heaping. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ C rolled oats over the muffins.
9. Bake in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Without opening the oven door, lower heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit after 10 minutes and cook muffins for another 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Oven times may vary. Let cool for at least 10-15 minutes before handling, as muffins will be hot and can fall apart easily when warm. Enjoy! Note: These Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days. Alyssa Lavy, MS, RD, CDN, CPT is a registered dietitian, personal trainer and mom of 2. HOW MARK MOSELLO BRINGS OUTDOOR SPACES TO LIFE WITH DESIGN LIGHTING BY MARKS ARTICLE BY LAURA SABIA | PHOTOGRAPHY BY BROOK ROAD PHOTOGRAPHY

“It should look peaceful, natural, and enhance reality—not distract from it.”
If you've driven through Greenwich and admired a perfectly lit tree, a softly glowing pathway, or a property that looks effortlessly elegant at night, chances are you're seeing the work of Mark Mosello. As the founder and creative force behind Design Lighting by Marks, he’s built a reputation for transforming spaces with light—without ever letting the light itself steal the show. Mark’s journey into outdoor and landscape lighting started with a single, decisive act of creative confidence. On one of his earliest jobs in Scarsdale, Mark suggested illuminating a tree in the client’s yard. She declined. Not one to back down from an idea he believed in, Mark returned that weekend and made a simple offer: he’d light the tree for $300. If she and her husband liked it, great. If not, he’d dismantle it free of charge. They loved it—and word spread quickly. What began as one lit tree soon turned into a business built on trust, artistry, and word of mouth. Today, Design Lighting by Marks is a full-scale operation offering landscape and indoor lighting, a five-star-rated generator
division as a certified Generac dealer, and comprehensive turnkey services—from permits and buried propane tanks to concrete work and 24/7 emergency service. Their “Time to Give Back” initiative has raised more than $1,000,000 for local charities—a testament to Mark’s commitment to community as much as craftsmanship. Mark’s design philosophy is refreshingly understated: "Light should not be noticeable. Glare ruins everything," he says. “It should look peaceful, natural, and enhance reality—not distract from it.” That principle has guided his team to become known not just for installing lights, but for illuminating homes with elegance and intention. The process begins with a walk-through. “It takes me five seconds,” Mark says of his ability to visualize the transformation. He tailors each design to the property and the client's needs, ensuring it’s both energy-efficient and aesthetically beautiful. From soft washes of light over trees to subtle glows along architectural lines, each installation is seamlessly integrated using dark, earthytoned fixtures that blend in, not stand out. CONTINUED >

The Full Spectrum Design Lighting by Marks offers more than just beautiful light. With a five-star generator division, complete permitting and installation services, and 24/7 emergency support, they’re your go-to team for reliable, elegant, full-service solutions indoors and out.
The key to Mark’s approach is a balance of function and beauty. The result is often so serene, it feels like the light is coming from nature itself. “There’s a lot of missed opportunity in your indoor and outdoor spaces without designer lighting,” he says. “We make it look elegant, not noticeable.” It’s a craft honed over years and a client list that includes high-profile names like Jamie Dimon, Sandy Weill, and Diana Ross—who famously gave Mark’s team signed autographs as a thank-you. What excites Mark most these days? The continued advancement of LED technology, allowing for dramatic effect with minimal energy use. "You can leave your lighting on all night long now," he says. “And it costs pennies.” When asked what advice he has for homeowners considering lighting upgrades, he keeps it simple: avoid glare, work within your budget, and always aim for lighting that looks like it belongs there naturally. "What I enjoy most," Mark adds, "is making people feel happy. I get a nice buzz from everyone’s reaction." When he’s not transforming properties, you’ll find him relaxing with family, enjoying breakfast in bed, or dining out with his wife—proof that even the man who lights up everyone else's life knows how to enjoy the quiet moments.

M THE STYLE LIST BY @MODE_T_ FALL 2025 FASHION TRENDS I’M USING RIGHT NOW
Hey! It’s Tanya, your stylist from ModeT. Fall is back, and I can’t wait to show you what I’m loving this season. Every new collection brings a whirlwind of must-haves, but let’s be honest, most of us just want styles that make sense for our everyday lives. We’re talking about pieces that feel great for running errands, a night out, heading to work, or just looking put together when you’re half-asleep!
We’re seeing sparkles, fringe, and animal prints all over those runways this fall (and I do love a little drama!). But when I style my clients or get dressed myself, I lean into pieces that feel good and fit seamlessly into daily routines, while still adding that special touch. Here’s the scoop on what’s trending this season, along with real-life ways I’m styling these looks: ANIMAL PRINT: JUST A TOUCH Let’s talk leopard! If you love it, go bold. If not, just a hint can work wonders. I love adding animal print through accessories; think a belt, booties, or a printed coat over basics. Animal print can be surprisingly classic when styled right. DENIM THAT FEELS MORE PUT TOGETHER Fall denim is stepping up its game with darker washes, clean lines, and matching sets. I’m all about a chic denimon-denim look with a black turtleneck and sleek loafers, or tailored jeans and a belted blazer. No distressing or guesswork here; just easy styles you can wear on repeat.

MUST-HAVES ARTICLE BY TANYA MEYERS
TAILORING THAT’S STILL YOU Structured jackets and belted coats are back, but don’t worry, they don’t feel stiff. I love using belts to add shape to oversized knits or layering a gently structured blazer over jeans to create a polished but relaxed vibe. POLISHED NEUTRALS & THE RETURN OF BROWN Sometimes, simplicity is powerful. Neutrals like camel, charcoal, ivory, and deep chocolate are everywhere this fall. When these colors are paired with great cuts and textures, they become anything but boring. I like to use them as a base and then add pops of color or prints based on my vibe.
THE T-SHIRT DRESS THAT DOES IT ALL You can’t go wrong with a t-shirt dress! I’ve been adding these to so many clients’ closets. Layer it up, belt it, add boots, or throw on a coat; it always looks effortlessly intentional, which is exactly what we want. COATS THAT TRANSFORM AN OUTFIT If you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to invest in a statement coat, now’s your time! Oversized, textured, colorful options are everywhere this season. I love styling bold coats over simple outfits to let them do all the heavy lifting. It’s that one piece that transforms everything else into something special. COZY TEXTURES FOR FALL This fall is all about cozy textures: faux fur, teddy, and shearling. They elevate any outfit, even if there’s just a basic tee and jeans underneath. Want to refresh your wardrobe without going all out? Start with these textures. CONTINUED > S EP TEMB ER 2 0 2 5 | C I TYL I FE STYL E . C OM/U P P E RWE STC HE ST E R
27
PLAYFUL PRINTS & ROMANTIC SHAPES Trendy prints like polka dots and softer silhouettes are making waves. For those who enjoy a touch of whimsy in their wardrobe, I love incorporating a romantic blouse, a flowy skirt, or a fun, printed piece. Just remember, you don’t need a full-on look; sometimes, just a touch goes a long way. SPARKLE, IF YOU’RE FEELING IT Yes, sparkle is in! But here’s the thing, it's not about going sequined from head to toe. Think metallic bags, a sparkly top for a night out, or shiny shoes as an accent. I’m a big fan of using sparkle as an enhancement, not the main feature. THE BOTTOM LINE Fall 2025 is full of fun trends, but the best ones are those that fit your real life. You don’t have to do a complete wardrobe overhaul. Sometimes, it’s just about making a few updates or shifting how you style what you already own. Remember, there's no one-size-fits-all approach, and fashion should feel like you, never like a chore!
REAL TALK FROM TANYA Not every trend needs to hit your closet (unless you want it to!). Pick one—or a few— that feel like you. Try a bold coat, a little sparkle, or a denim refresh. The right piece can shift your whole vibe. Style should feel fun and 100% you!

LIVING STYLE THE INTERSECTION OF FASHION AND HOME
ARTICLE BY TYLER AMADEUS PHOTOGRAPHY BY ADRIEN KING AND ALEC WALWORTH
IN
this unexpected love affair, fashion and interiors are more than just a simple pairing—they are rooted in culture, creativity, and the human desire for self-expression. As conscious consumers of the 21st century, participating in a retail landscape that is oversaturated and struggling to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the modern customer, our purchasing power should not only respond to a feeling of want but also prioritize items that reflect who we are and who we aspire to be. This is clearly visible through the representation of fashion and interiors. Although we tend to consider cost-perwear primarily when it comes to clothing, this same principle applies to furniture and the function it brings to the home. Aesthetics and functionality both play a role in this pairing, painting a picture for
the rest of the world of who the wearer is and how they live in their space. The woman who wears a blazer with sharp shoulders that makes her feel powerful in her everyday life—or the black dress that gives her a necessary boost of confidence—may naturally gravitate toward sleek, modern furniture that feels equally strong and elevates the space where the modern woman thrives. In the same way, someone who prefers an effortless ensemble—like their favorite white T-shirt and comfortable denim jeans—may also look for home pieces that
are functional and make their guests feel at ease. Even a handmade rug, one that sparks conversation about where it was found and adds a focal point to a room, mirrors how we search our closets for a sweater tied to a cherished memory. Just as we carefully choose outfits to express ourselves, it’s equally important to ensure that our living spaces are designed with the same intention. More than ever, modern buyers are making purchasing decisions based on personal morals and values, forming a new wave of consumers who seek products that are both high-quality and environmentally or socially conscious, whether for themselves or their homes. The following imagery affirms that living a timeless lifestyle across all aspects of life is possible through the thoughtful styling of sustainable clothing and vintage furniture. As the modern retail landscape continues to evolve, it’s become increasingly vital to make conscious consumer choices—ones that allow us to express our truest selves through both our wardrobes and the places we call home.

At the heart of the brand is the idea that every piece of jewelry tells a story. "Through our launch collection, we hoped to tell the story of marking milestones with thoughtful pieces that are easy to love and meant to be treasured," says Chandler. Whether celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, or the birth of a child, the jewelry is designed to become a part of the wearer’s identity. Chandler describes it as "a stack of bracelets, each carrying its own story, together telling a unique narrative." The collaboration between Chandler and her stepfather has been a driving force behind the brand’s success. His deep understanding of craftsmanship perfectly
complements her fresh perspective on design and sustainability. "It’s about finding that sweet spot where innovation meets heritage," Chandler explains, referring to their careful balance between honoring jewelry’s long-standing traditions and pushing boundaries with new sustainable designs. Lady & Larsen’s jewelry is crafted to be versatile, seamlessly fitting into a modern woman’s everyday wardrobe. "Our jewelry is made to fit seamlessly into everyday style," Chandler shares. "Whether you want to stack, layer, or wear pieces on their own, they’re easy to mix and match, perfect for any look, any time." CONTINUED >

For Chandler, selecting a favorite piece is difficult, but the ‘Isabel’ stands out. "It comes in diamond, emerald, ruby, and sapphire, and to me, it’s simply perfect," she says. "I currently wear the ruby, which holds special meaning because I chose it while pregnant with my son to mark the milestone of his birth." This personal connection to the jewelry makes Lady & Larsen so meaningful, each piece becomes a memento of life's special moments. Living in Upper Westchester has influenced Chandler’s lifestyle and creativity. "It gives me the best of both worlds—peace and nature close by, but still not far from the city’s energy," she explains. The region offers a perfect balance of tranquility and inspiration. "It’s a great place to slow down, get creative, and stay connected," she adds. Chandler finds inspiration in local spots like BreadNBakes in Pound Ridge, her go-to for coffee and croissants. For a casual family dinner, she loves

The brand uses lab-grown stones and recycled materials, ensuring a positive environmental impact.
