CONVENIENT HOME BUILDING PROCESS As a full-service new home builder, Chris assures that Lombardo Homes streamlines and simplifies home building by helping customers arrange financing, title insurance, closing services and selecting their options and upgrades. “On-your-lot-homebuilding can be overwhelming and confusing,” Chris says. “Anywhere Lombardo makes it easy by helping to secure financing, evaluating land, working with municipalities to understand requirements and restrictions, and providing real costs before contracts are signed. We build and deliver your home on time and on budget, with minimal stress and frustration.” FAMILY FRIENDLY As a family-owned business now managed by the second generation of Lombardos (Anthony Lombardo, CEO; Anna Lisa Lombardo, CFO; Cathy Lombardo, vice president of property management; and Sebastian Lombardo, Cranbrook Custom Homes president), the Lombardo Homes management team believes they totally understand why it’s vital to help other hardworking families achieve the dream of homeownership. “It takes more than a house to make a home and we’re committed to helping families build traditions,” says Mike VanPamel, Lombardo Homes president. “We treat our entire team like family. When our team members succeed, we all succeed; if they face challenges, we all pitch in to build them back up. This has always been the Lombardo way.” Lombardo Homes was one of the first building companies in the St. Louis region to introduce custom homebuilding with production building efficiencies and modern technologies, becoming synonymous with fresh approaches, modern ideas, luxury and customer-driven customization. anywherelombardo@lombardohomes.com | 636.344.6575 Kari Green | kgreen@lombardohomes.com | 314.698.3205 Katie Bassmann | kbassmann@lombardohomes.com | 636.248.4403 LombardoHomes.com

than any dealer in the country, according to Bradley. They are the only dealer within several hundred miles of St. Louis. “Airstream is unique in its aerodynamic design and uses the highest-grade construction and materials. They vary from the 16-foot Base Camp to the 33-foot Classic.” He says the next great frontier for RVs to explore involves integrating technology, much like the trends in home automation. “We see lots of families getting into camping, but also the empty nester or retired folks who are realizing the many ways they can use it, from a weekend getaway, to traveling the country visiting their kids and grandkids. They can travel with their pets. Also, you’re on your own schedule. You have the ultimate flexibility. If you decide to stay longer at an interesting spot, you can.” Some of the neatest customer stories are those where grandparents take their grandkids for extended trips that really become ‘trips of a lifetime.’ I love hearing those stories,” says Bradley. “The other things folks don’t appreciate until they’re out there doing it is that, as a family or as a couple, you wind up making more of a connection. That’s our mission…to support that. It’s what we do all day every day. We’re just a small piece of the puzzle that makes it happen. And we love it.”

AS EVERYONE MOVES THROUGH A CONTINUED PANDEMIC-STRICKEN WORLD, COMFORT FOODS HELP KEEP US GROUNDED AND SOOTHED. With cookies being bite-sized and personal, aren’t they the perfect little comfort treat? Some would even say a balanced diet is a cookie in each hand. Following are three hot spots from which to get delicious, unique “small cakes” and other baked goodies. Alibi Cookies was founded in a church kitchen in 2020 at Pilgrim Congregational Church in St. Louis by Mike Evans. Mike’s love for cookies pushed him to start his own cookie company. He wants to ensure all people can enjoy cookies, so he provides shipping, local delivery and self-serving “CookieBot” machines for those with right-now, 24/7 sweet-tooth cravings. Defiant
