The Next Great Chapter in Texas Golf.

At Long Cove, a new chapter rises from historic ground. The debut of Old Mine Club introduces The Canary, an 18-hole championship course designed by Beau Welling and sculpted across land once shaped by mining activity. Dramatic elevation, island par-4s, and water features uncommon in Texas create a course defined by strategy, bold in design, and refined in experience. Becoming part of this next era is seamless. Homes are

designed exclusively for the community and built by an expert in-house team, offering a refined semi-custom experience that balances architectural integrity with personal expression. Thoughtfully crafted plans maximize light, views, and indoor-outdoor living, while a curated design process ensures clarity from start to finish. Ownership here is more than a home, it is access to a private golf and lake lifestyle entering its most significant chapter.

Women, Wonder and a Little Chaos

Hey there - I’m guessing you’ll agree, whoever came up with the nickname “Wonder Woman” must have known exactly what that meant! May is here, flowers, sunshine, the onset of school letting out and what the hec’ is the Summer schedule going to be like... All the Fun!

This month we are celebrating the unstoppable, messy, dazzling and mind-boggling adventure of being a woman today. No matter what age, what time or season in life, it’s a Wild Ride! Being a woman now is like juggling flaming torches while riding a wild bronco - there is no way to gauge the changes and organizational operations of a family. Some days you nail it with grace, confidence and a playlist that knocks everyone’s socks off!. Other days... well, chocolate, a good book and maybe even a whole bottle of wine are totally acceptable coping mechanisms. We embrace all of the women in our lives, the chaos, the celebrating the wins, the magical moments in-between, and cherishing the losses.

Our Park Cities Lifestyle women’s issue shares just a few points of fun:

• Women are Trailblazers in Action - smashing ceilings placed in front of them at work, the arts, science and the juggle of multi-tasking and all that is going on in our world and the impact upon our families.

• Real Talk Moments - ambition, relationships, mental health, self care and doing our best to share the truth in light.

• Community and Connection - we rise higher when we lift each other up, laugh together, pray together, raise our families together and grow old together.

• Your rules / Your vibe - shutting off your phone for an hour, walking your dog all by yourself and listening to the trees talk in the breeze, bubble bath, yoga, no matter what, make time and DO what works for you! Claim Your Time and Attention toward YOU!

This May let’s honor women in all of the glory, fierceness, funny yet brilliant, and oh so loving-from-the-bottom-of-their-hearts and insanely beautifulness. Keep sharing, laughing, and sometimes even just surviving - all of it counts.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”

Hollywood STAR-STUDDED GLAMOUR

New Design District restaurant

Delilah combines luxury nightlife and 1920s aesthetic.

Los Angeles-based The h.wood Group recently opened its fourth location of luxury nightlife concept Delilah in Dallas’s Design District. At 15,000 square feet, the location is the largest yet for the roaring 20s-inspired concept, which combines high-energy nightlife with touches of Hollywood glamour. It follows openings for venues in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Miami.

Brian Toll and John Terzian

The h.wood Group co-founders, John Terzian and Brian Toll, joined several celebrity guests at the restaurant’s star-studded opening in February. Attendees included rocker Machine Gun Kelly, Dallas Cowboys’ wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, and musician Leon Bridges. The menu—described as  “American fare with a special nod to Texas”—features a brownie dessert named for and inspired by model Kendall Jenner.

Other menu highlights from Chef Scott Ruwart include a full chilled seafood bar, wagyu and Japanese wagyu steak selections, Chilean sea bass, and black truffle agnolotti. The concept’s signature cocktail, the Spicy Siena, features Don Julio Blanco tequila, Cointreau, lime, fresno, agave, and Tajin. Several other mixed drinks are exclusive to the Dallas location.

“This location marks several firsts for the brand, from its scale and design to our first outdoor front porch for cocktails. We’ve been coming to Dallas for years and ultimately fell in love with the city and its people, so we’re thrilled to bring this immersive, transportive night out to Dallas. We’re especially eager to see how the community responds to what we’ve created,” Terzian and Toll said in a release.

Aesthetically, Delilah features jewel tones, plush interiors, vintage chandeliers, and a crackling fireplace—nods to the Hollywood era and a supper club from roughly a century ago. It includes the concept’s signature pink velvet booths as well as a “Blue explosion marble” as an accent at its bars, unique to the Dallas location. Its two private dining rooms and wine room with a dedicated sommelier hint at The h.wood Group’s capacity as an event producer.

Dallas-based Temple Shipley is the venue’s art advisor. One release said, “Her curatorial approach draws on the Machine Age and the 1920s preoccupation with speed, industry, and progress. Through streamlined forms, bold geometries, and vibrant surfaces, she channels the visual language of Art Deco—an era that celebrated modernity and motion—into the private dining room and main dining areas."

LADY OF LEISURE BLENDS TENNIS HERITAGE WITH EFFORTLESS POLISH FOR LIFE IN MOTION.

SERVING STYLE BEYOND THE COURT

FASHION FORWARD | BEAUTY Lady of Leisure Founder, Brooke Noffsinger
“I WASN’T LOOKING FOR ANOTHER OUTFIT CHANGE; I WAS SEARCHING FOR A UNIFORM THAT COULD KEEP PACE WITH MY LIFE.”

In the Park Cities, days rarely follow a neatly structured schedule. A morning tennis match can easily lead to school drop-offs, errands, lunch in Snider Plaza, and evening plans in Highland Park Village. For Brooke Noffsinger, that constant motion became the inspiration behind her new brand, Lady of Leisure.

“I reached a point where yoga pants and predictable tennis skirts weren’t enough,” Noffsinger says. “My days didn’t exist in compartments. They moved fluidly from court to carpool to school meetings. I wasn’t looking for another outfit change; I was searching for a uniform that could keep pace with my life.”

That search ultimately became the foundation for Lady of Leisure, an American-made athleisure line designed to bridge the gap between traditional performance wear and polished everyday style. “True leisure, for me, is presence,” Noffsinger says. “It’s the rare moment when the mental checklist quiets, when I can fully focus on my family without thinking about laundry or logistics. Beyond that, it’s movement and connection: a spirited tennis match with friends or an unhurried coffee date. Leisure isn’t inactivity; it’s intentional joy.”

“WHEN A WOMAN WEARS LADY OF LEISURE, I HOPE SHE FEELS ASSURED, POLISHED WITHOUT EFFORT, ATHLETIC WITHOUT COMPROMISE.”

As a Park Cities wife and mother of three, Noffsinger designed the brand to accommodate the realities of daily life. “I thought about my friends, women moving at the same pace, juggling the same full calendars,” she says. “Each piece was created with that shared rhythm in mind: elevated enough for the afternoon, effortless enough for the morning.”

Though the brand feels perfectly suited for modern life, its visual inspiration reaches further back—to the bold femininity and athletic elegance of 1970s tennis culture. “When it came time to design the first collection, I found myself drawn to the era of Billie Jean King,” Noffsinger shares. “A time when strength and femininity stood confidently side by side.”

She looked to the pioneering athletes known as the Original Nine, whose courage reshaped the future of women’s tennis. Tailored, feminine, and built for performance, the dresses created for them by designer Ted Tinling offered an early reference point for Noffsinger’s collection. “That blend of refinement and athleticism became the blueprint for Lady of Leisure,” she says.

Although the idea of starting a brand had lingered in the back of her mind for years, the moment to pursue it arrived during a reflective season of life. As her youngest child turned two,

Noffsinger began thinking more seriously about what she might build once all her children were in school. “I had always dreamed of entrepreneurship being a part of my story, but I hadn’t known when,” she shares. “One Sunday, sitting quietly in church, I felt in my heart that it was time to begin.”

What followed was a gradual process of researching fabrics, building relationships, and refining the vision for Lady of Leisure. Before she knew it, Noffsinger was meeting with manufacturers in New York. “Even now, I don’t know that anyone ever feels completely ready,” she notes. “Sometimes, momentum follows obedience.”

Along the way, she made a defining decision: the entire collection would be produced in the United States, allowing her to remain closely connected to the craftsmanship behind each garment. “I wanted to see and feel every fabric, to know the hands behind the seams,” she says. “There’s something deeply reassuring about knowing your pieces are cut and sewn just a few states away.”

Today, the collection reflects the community that inspired it: thoughtful, active, and quietly confident women who value pieces that feel timeless rather than trend-driven. “When a

woman wears Lady of Leisure, I hope she feels assured, polished without effort, athletic without compromise,” Noffsinger says.

Beyond the clothing itself, the brand also carries a deeper purpose—a portion of Lady of Leisure’s profits supports charitable initiatives that serve women and families in need. “True leisure includes lifting others,” Noffsinger says.

Strength, Confidence, Celebration, All Yours.

When it comes to local fitness options, SESSION Pilates stands out in a sea of sameness

The Park Cities has its fair share of fitness options, which, according to Brittany Grignon Hays, “means people truly value movement and community.”

As the founder and owner of SESSION Pilates, she should know.

In April, Hays’ company celebrated 10 years in business with a special fundraising and recognition event at the Bomb Factory in Deep Ellum.

But the 20-year fitness pro is not one to rest on laurels, or approach her products as “just another workout.”

She’s taught everything from indoor cycling to yoga, but reformer Pilates is what really struck a chord. It’s been her mission ever since.

“I wanted to create a space where instructors have ownership, room for real growth, and could build careers doing what they love.”

At its core, SESSION is collaborative, with instructors who train, learn, and grow together, constantly pushing one another to deliver the best possible experience.

“It was a leap of faith, but one I’m incredibly grateful I took,” says Hays.

“Our goal is to give people the best reformer Pilates workout in an environment where they feel connected, energized, and part of something bigger,” she says.

“Every detail from the music and lighting to instructor training and class formatting, even how the spaces feel when you walk in, is designed to create an experience.”

For someone who has never been inside SESSION, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

“I always say my ‘superpower’ is surrounding myself with good, down-to-earth people, and that’s exactly what you feel when you walk in,” says Hays.

“It feels like working out with family rather than just attending another exercise class.”

Energetic yet grounded, SESSION is a space that is thoughtfully designed with clean lines, warm lighting, and music that sets a tone before class even begins.

There is an elevated feel to rooms, without being overbearing or intimidating.

“We bring movement, rhythm, and a real sense of connection between instructors and clients,” says Hays.

As for SESSION’s overarching philosophy and goals, Hays says that’s simple.

“Everyone has so much going on; between kids, work, and life, we want to be 50 minutes where clients can leave their to-do list at the door, check out of the outside world, and tune into their body, move to great music, and laugh a little along the way.”

The SESSION Pilates workout is distinctive, different than classical reformer Pilates classes, focused on “lengthening and strengthening,” with a style that takes a more high-energy, athletic approach to Pilates.

“We move to the beat of the music, tell you when, where, and how to move, guiding you on where to move everything from the crown of your head to the tip of your toes,” says Hays.

SESSION instructors are considered industry leaders in their craft, who go through a rigorous six-week training intensive, followed by months of mock classes in leading rooms with confidence and care.

“Every workout is going to fall in line with the SESSION brand; however, every instructor organically puts their own spin on it with their own styles and playlists for a different full-body workout every time,” says Hays.

Instructors spend as little downtime as possible moving from one exercise to the next. And they do it in a way that is approachable to all fitness levels by offering modifications and advancements throughout the entire class.

“We lead with intention and heart,” says Hays.

“I care deeply about the people who walk through our doors and the culture we’re building together. Many clients have been with us since the day the door to SESSION Uptown opened in 2016, and that trust is something I do not take lightly.”

Since opening, SESSION has grown impressively to seven studios: six across the North Texas region, including the Park Cities (4520 Lovers Lane), and one in Nashville, all made possible by a fiercely loyal community of clients and employees.

“We’ve welcomed more than 800,000 visitors, beginner to advanced, and served over 15,000 members annually,” says Hays, “meeting clients wherever they may be in their fitness journey.”

Brittany Grignon Hays, founder and owner of SESSION Pilates

As for the future, she believes her business will continue to grow and help clients thrive in a variety of ways, inside and outside of SESSION.

That means expanding into other markets, developing new and unique experiences, and strengthening the impact of the recently-formed 501(3) SESSION Foundation by extending as many grants as possible to deserving women entrepreneurs, all while

preserving the intimacy and intention that define the company.

In April, the Foundation awarded its first $80,000 grant, which, coincidentally, mirrored the amount Hays received from investors to open SESSION in 2016.

“It was a true full-circle moment,” Hays says.

“We’re proud to be a homegrown Dallas brand that continues to evolve while staying rooted in intention and community,” she says.

BECKY HILLYARD

From Side Hustle to Style Empire

The power of taste, trust, and the courage to “just start.”

She didn’t have a business plan, a media budget, or even a name anyone could pronounce. What Becky Hillyard had was taste, a young family, and the instinct to just start. Today, her lifestyle brand Cella Jane commands an audience the size of Vogue’s, she’s nine collections strong with Splendid, and she’s built it all while raising three kids — refusing to sacrifice one for the other. In an exclusive conversation for the Share the Lifestyle podcast, Becky shares what it really takes to build a brand, a career, and a life you love. Read the highlights below, then scan the QR code for the full conversation.

Q: WHEN DID YOU KNOW CELLA JANE WAS MORE THAN A HOBBY?

A: Two moments. Women started emailing me saying they bought something I recommended and felt amazing — asking me to help them find a dress for a wedding. That felt incredible. Then I looked at my affiliate numbers for one month and realized I could cover our mortgage. I thought, I can actually do this. I never set out to build a business. I started it because I genuinely loved it.

Becky in Splendid x @CellaJaneBlog Spring 2026 Collection

Q: WHAT WAS THE BIGGEST RISK YOU EVER TOOK WITH THE BRAND?

A: Designing my own collection. It’s easy to point at items on a website and say I love these. But to create something from scratch, put your name on it, and wait to see if people connect with it — that’s terrifying. I had an incredible partner in Splendid, and women loved the pieces. It was the biggest risk and the biggest accomplishment.

Q: HOW HAS INFLUENCER MARKETING CHANGED SINCE YOU STARTED?

A: When I started, brands didn’t know whether to take it seriously. Now it’s a legitimate line item in their marketing budgets — sometimes bigger than TV. Because what we’ve built is trust. People trust a real recommendation from someone they follow far more than a commercial. There’s no question about it now.

Q: YOU’RE A MOM OF THREE RUNNING A FULL BRAND. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE?

A: I try to get up at five and not hit snooze — that first hour before the house wakes up is the most productive, most peaceful hour of my day. Then it’s all hands on deck with the kids and school drop-off. After that I work — planning content, connecting with my team, editing. After pickup, the day shifts completely and it’s all about them. I’ve learned to protect both halves fiercely, because both matter.

Q: WHAT WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD SOMETHING OF THEIR OWN BUT KEEPS WAITING?

A: Don’t wait. Don’t wait for the perfect camera, the right strategy, or enough followers. We find every excuse to stay comfortable. Just start, be consistent, and be authentically yourself. The right people will find you — and they’ll stay.

This conversation is just the beginning. Becky goes deeper on the risks that almost stopped her, the design process behind her latest Splendid collection, and what she’d tell her 2012 self today. Scan the QR code for the full, exclusive City Lifestyle interview on the Share the Lifestyle Podcast.

“Trust is the only metric that actually compounds.”
