"I would recommend a nice full-bodied cabernet; Frank Family from Calistoga, California, or a Stag's Leap Artemis of Napa Valley. We have great pinot noir offerings that pair well with all our prime cuts of beef as well as our lamb chops and some fish dishes as well. A few selections I'd recommend would be Belle Glos 'Clark & Telephone' from California or Archery Summit 'Dundee Hills' from Oregon." –GENERAL MANAGER PHILIP GIANGRASSO

The Hard Work is Worth It; High Ethics is Crucial The major change for Frank in owning a business was that it became a huge day-to-day commitment, so you need to love what you do. "The more clients you can speak with, the more successful you will be. You can’t touch everyone every day, but you try to be as personal as possible and get to know them all." Standing out means being the trustworthy choice in insurance: Frank assures that he will work to understand each client's needs. He also offers an extensive product line including retirement, causality and life insurance. "When you’re dealing with someone's personal finances, trust is huge. Our goal is to earn the title of trusted adviser every day. We access personal risk as well. Again, the key is to have face-toface contact and meet everyone we serve." Frank's agency even hosts an appreciation event once a year so he can go above and beyond to connect with clients and see new faces. Schubert customers know the door is always open, and there is always mutual trust and respect. "It's crucial to respect everyone. Our clients are all ages, backgrounds and walks of life, so it’s important to have respect for mankind."

in the community it serves. The agency donates to the Southwest Autistic Organization, St. Vincent De Paul; and holds a Customer Appreciation Event each year, renting out a movie theater with a new release, where customers can come enjoy a night out. "There are so many opportunities to interact with people in this industry, and you should take advantage of that!"
Make Sure You Want to be a Leader Frank says that being in this industry has meant many personal achievements, such as helping others with retirement or assisting someone new to town. There are many aspects of the business, and truly having a partnership with others is what is needed to succeed. "Insurance is very people-oriented, and managing a small business brings

North Scottsdale Lifestyle | June 2019
THE 2019 MCLAREN 570S SPIDER TRULY DELIVERS THE ULTIMATE DRIVING EXPERIENCE. This undeniably brought me to my roots. My late grandfather, Bob Montana, was a race car driver who competed amongst racing legends including the great Bruce McLaren in the CanAm Circuit. The iconic McLaren Orange 2019 570S Spider is no doubt a head-turner with a smooth, aerodynamic body and a sleek, ultra-light folding hardtop that completely disappears when opening. Holding to its historic purpose, the vibrant McLaren Orange surely stands out. In McLaren’s 1960s racing days, he strategically designed this signature color for viewing on black-and-white televisions, making it easy for spectators to spot the car as a slightly different shade than the rest. The 2019 McLaren 570S Spider’s interior matches the magnificent outer body. It boasts black and McLaren Orange leather interior with a classy touch of textile headlining, tonal stitching and manual sports seats. The 7-inch touch screen monitor makes it easy to navigate the interior controls including Satellite SiriusXM, Bluetooth technology, iPod/iPhone integration, IRIS navigation and an audio system that kicks. The McLaren Twin-Turbo 570S Spider provides an unparalleled level of comfort for any driver without compromising its sportsmanship or powerful performance of a race car. It has a seven-speed transmission and three powertrain and transmission modes that you can set to your liking. Any of these user-friendly settings allow this incredible vehicle to perform and drive like it's on rails. This supercar delivers an exhilarating ride which undoubtedly sits at the top of its class while still providing practical handling for everyday drivability. I highly recommend this vehicle for its beauty, thrill and ultimate everyday usability. Considering all this vehicle has to offer, it’s priced accordingly with a suggested price of $252,060. A special thank you to McLaren Scottsdale for this amazing driving experience and to the Royal Palms Resort for the photo shoot.

what it is There are many different types of fades, but ultimately a fade haircut is one that tapers in length the further down you go on the back and sides, meaning it isn’t trimmed to just one standard length all around. The level of fade (low, mid or high) depends on what point the shortest part of the hair begins to fade into a longer length. what it is Closely related to the pompadour, the quiff haircut requires longer hair in the front and shorter hair in the back. The longer hair in the front is brushed upward and back from the forehead and away from the face. This look can be sleek and shiny for a classic look or texturized and matte for a modern take. ASK FOR Short sides and a long textured top. Be sure enough hair is left on top to brush back instead of standing straight up.

BODIFY SPECIALIZES IN COMFORTABLE AND EFFECTIVE COOLSCULPTING. The process is noninvasive, and Bodify has performed more than 15,000 treatments. Results include reduction of fat layers by 20-25% per treatment and is ideal for dietand exercise-resistant fat. Popularity is at a peak with CoolSculpting for both men and women alike, however, many facilities who offer these services tend to offer an environment that is geared toward female comforts and aesthetics. In order to make sure the men felt that same level of content when visiting Bodify, they have created the Man Cave, focused specifically on the needs of their male clientele. The owners of Bodify were sure to speak to men before opening Bodify, and while it was clear that they loved the idea, what they hesitated at was the med spa feel that was clearly for women. Thought was put into creating an environment men would want to hang out in: a big-screen TV to watch sports or TV on, a plush brown leather chair, and room decor that speaks to the manly persuasion. "My
