What is The Modern Milkman and when did you all open? The Modern Milkman is a home delivery service for fresh and locally-produced milk, butter,

cheese, yogurt, baked goods and more. We officially opened in August 2020, but home delivery had been on our minds since the fall of 2019. When COVID hit in the spring of 2020, we decided we really needed to do home delivery so we could get milk from Buckeye Country Creamery – a creamery owned in part by our family – to our customers’ doorsteps. To make it

worthwhile, we also knew that we didn’t want to only deliver milk, so that is why we support other local businesses by carrying their products as well.

What products do you carry? We carry a wide variety of fridge staple items such as milk, eggs, butter, cheese,

yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, buttermilk, heavy cream, bread, cookies, sweets and more, as well as a wide variety of add-on products such as local honey, creamed honey, coffee, locally made dog treats and a handful of local seasonal items.
