OUTSTANDING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ATHLETE OF THE MONTH Sponsored by Jon C. Thompson, MD
Kinsey Kackley | McKinney Boyd HS Kinsey Kackley has proven to not just be a really wonderful young lady, but a true record breaker. She is an outstanding Senior softball player at McKinney Boyd HS. Her school records at Boyd are quite remarkable. They include the most strikeouts in a season, the most strikeouts in a single game (31 in 14 innings, after which she said her arm wasn’t even sore), and the most nohitters in a season. However, she also held the national record for the most strikeouts during her sophomore year (497). She probably would have even more accolades if it weren’t for the fact that she missed her junior year and part of her senior year due to two knee surgeries. Still, she is on track to break the state record for career strikeouts. It is not surprising she has received a full scholarship to the University of Louisiana-Monroe! Her early years were spent in Corinth until the family moved to McKinney in 2016. She has played recreational softball for some time now and has maintained a lot of friendships with young ladies with whom she has competed through those earlier years. Whether now playing with her, on her team, Black Widow, or as opponents—she remains friends forever with them. Not surprising as her soft, sweet smile would benefit any group regardless of age. Kinsey attributes part of her success to a very athletic oriented family. Her father, Lee Kackley, played baseball and her mother, Christy Butler, played softball, volleyball, and basketball. Her stepfather, Will Butler, played hockey and football. She has two younger and also athletic, sisters. Kailey is a freshman, who plays softball and volleyball, and Felicity, a junior, who plays soccer. Her older brother, Sebastian, is a freshman at UT Dallas studying computer science. Obviously, this family doesn’t sit still very often.
At the University of Louisiana-Monroe she will be studying secondary education. When asked what her favorite current subject is, she quickly replied with “Math”. When asked about her least favorite subjects, it seemed to be a toss-up between history and government. When not in school or attending practice or games. Kinsey likes to read and do crafts. Her favorite sports teams? Of course, the Dallas Cowboys in football, and, not surprisingly, due to their record in MLB, the Los Angeles Dodgers. Congratulations, Kinsey, on your success to date and your future successes at Monroe-Louisiana and beyond!

Women are most vulnerable to anxiety and depression during adolescence, pregnancy, postpartum, premenstrual and as perimenopause and menopause occurs. This points to the importance of hormonal balance regarding mental health, especially in reference to estrogen and progesterone. “The balance between these can have an impact on fat loss and your overall health. Lowered progesterone and estrogen dominance can contribute to severe PMS and menopausal symptoms, weight gain, anxiety, insomnia, fluid retention, and fatigue, to name a few,” stresses Noel. There are many factors that can contribute to an imbalance, but as the hormones of estrogen and progesterone shift, it can often cause changes in mood, resulting in depression and anxiety. “It’s all about understanding the natural balance of these hormones – that is KEY,” Noel emphasizes! Keeping your hormones in balance is ESSENTIAL to overall health, both physically and mentally. BeBalanced helps you achieve that goal. “BeBalanced believes that losing the weight is only half the battle,” Noel shares. “Keeping it off and keeping your hormones in balance moving forward is as important. We provide the tools and resources, educating our clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and we are with them through every step of the journey.” While women between the ages of 35 and 65 make up the average participant, anyone seeking to look and feel better should take the online hormone assessment through the BeBalanced website. Noel and the specialists at BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers get to know you through a complimentary consultation. They will work with you either in person or virtually to help naturally repair the damage done to your body. There are no meals to buy, no powders to drink, and no exercise needed! It is just a whole-foods diet and proprietary, all-natural, hormone balancing supplements, relaxation tools, and one-on-one support. A SYMPHONY OF AMAZING HEALTH BENEFITS
KELSI ARCENEAUX HAS AN AMAZING STORY BEHIND HER NEW BUSINESS, THE WELL FREQUENCY. She is originally from California, having lived in both northern and southern areas. When asked what brought her to Dallas, she responds with a one-word answer, “God”. She truly knows that God brought her, and her mother, here, and when you experience what her business has to offer, you will be glad He sent her. She had traveled to Europe for minitry with some ministry friends but also learned of a new therapy, NEO, that was receiving rave reviews from everyone with simple illnesses to highly trained athletes. After attending some scientific sessions on how and why the therapies she offers work, she decided that she needed to bring it to the US. Living in Northern California at the time, she started receiving “signs” about Texas, and more specifically Dallas. She had never thought about living anywhere other than her home state, but the

signs became more and more frequent, and she finally was convinced she was being given a directive to move. Her mom came with her on her initial visit to feel things out. Kelsi admitted she was amazed as she didn’t have a clue how widespread the DFW area was. Her experiences are varied, being a minister and having been involved in real estate, she knew what she was looking for. After some extensive looking, when she drove into a specific residential area of Prosper, her mother looked at her and said, “This is where we are going to live”. Once here, Kelsi knew how she wanted her business to look and she found exactly what she was looking for in the space previously held by Famers Bank at 1081 N Coleman St, Ste 100, in Prosper. Her new tagline, Be Well and Prosper, is a tribute to both her products and her location. It certainly fits. There are two main aspects to the therapies she offers, although more will be coming soon. The first is centered around a magical little spaceship type (futuristic) object sitting in the middle of a room surrounded by soft music, plush reclining chairs, and aroma therapy. The NEO, Natural Energy Optimization, device provides an amazing experience. The second is all about hydration and why many of us may think we are being hydrated but not as efficiently as we should be. The AddIt water products give you the ability to restructure your water, or any drink containing water as an element, to the water’s original six-sided normal molecular state that enhances its ability to be absorbed by the body. In order for you to truly see, feel, and then believe this is not just another health “gimmick”, you should go and try it yourself. I, as the author, can recommend
